Tried this recipe today. The saheenas were flavourful, crispy on the outside, moist and light on the inside. I got about 15 saheenas from this mix. Thank you Natasha!

Hi Natasha , I tried the method at the beginning of squeezing the lime juice however the dasheen still gave a scratchy throat/tongue result when the saheena was cooked. 😕 Can you help. Thanks for all the vids. Keep It up 👍👍👍

Dint wash it with the lime juice, add the lime juice to the mixture....thats how I would normally do it...

Steam the leaves a bit after cutting. It could be the raw leaves that caused the scratchy throat.
