Hi Ms. Gina, a little tip about the onions once you peal off the skin, run them under cold water or dunk then in ice water for a 30-40 seconds. This will tame down the fumes/spray of the onions to your sinuses and eyes. Like your recipes.💕

I cannot get enough of this recipe! I finally started Making a triple badge a cheesy grits and freezing them. This morning I put taco meat in a tortilla With a piece of Pepper Jack cheese and some cheesy grits. I heated it in the microwave and wait for about 15 to 20 before about 15 to 20 minutes to eat it. Let me give you a little tip... Never cook with a wine that you wouldn't drink like cooking wine. Main reason is that real wine gives more depth of flavor than cooking wine as well as less sodium.
