Just wondering why is it better to train in blocks. Why isn’t it just as good to do 1 eccentric plyo movement, 1 isometric plyo, and one concentric.

BrawlBro it allows us to work on each phase independently so we can’t develop imbalances. Most athletes today only focus on the flashy part of being an athlete (concentric.) Working in blocks makes sure that there are absolutely no weak points in an athlete and allows them to focus on absorbing and redirecting force before producing it, reducing injury risk (very big!) and improving performance.

Chris, do I need the auxiliaries lifts after compound lifts on lower body, just wondering because my quads and glutes are getting to the point where the loosest fit pants are still WAY to tight around my legs. Should I remove them completely, of change reps to say below 6.
