for more than a year my R shoulder to neck muscle ached, making driving/sleeping so uncomfortable I did 20mins exercise every morning for little benefit, then I was recommended this video - my 66yr old life has been revolutionised with the band pull especially I am pain free 🕊️ I incorporate other exercises as needed, currently inside L knee thankyou so much Will ✨
