I have lower back pain since 2 years. I have doing some physiotherapy exercises that time pain was cured. But after Few hours pain was started. Please suggest some exercises or massage.

I have SI issues on my right side. This massage technique really helped. What else can you use other than your knuckles?

It is my knuckles! the middle part of my fingers is flat down on the bed and it is a loose fist. I find that is the most comfortable for my hand. I am so glad it helped, Marise!

Oh and I just re-read this. You can also use a ball! Or maybe a can of soda that is full? Look around the house. Let me know what works.

Tennis balls help me tremendously! Adds some extra umph to the release and allows you to focus on breathing if your hands get tired. Hope this helps. I drive trucks and I deal she very tender low back + glue muscles
