How To Replace A Fuel Pressure Sensor 2004 Ford Explorer

One of my bolts will have to be drilled out. Do the bolts hold fuel pressure or are they just for mounting the sensor itself?

I’m having the same issue with my 2004 XLT it’s shaking at red lights and in park. Did you have to replace the fuel pump also ?

@@WTGGOON167 Always start with the easy and cheap things - this sensor, the fuel filter, etc. Pump is a pain and expensive, so rule out the easier stuff first.

@@WTGGOON167 also, I replaced this sensor after first trying the fuel filter. Car runs flawlessly now 2 or 3 months later. Make damn sure nothing gets into the intake manifold or engine once you take the manifold off. Replace the gaskets.
