Anyone know wha the mini light bulb (signal light on the right) next to the main bulb (signal on the left) is called?

It uses a 194-type bulb.

You can get around removing the front fender cover, if you have small(ish) hands, you can reach and pull the bulb out from the top, just pop the hood and put your hand in, saves you the headache of removing the fender covers.

Is there any way to get rid of that gap between the light and bumper? Its on mine and very annoying

The bumper will have to come off in order for you to reseat the light in the opening.

i checked the tail light turn signal bulbs they are good but i am checking the front ones too.how do i know if the bulb is burnt?if it still turn on?please let me know thanks

If the indicator blinks fast, then it’s burned out. You can also look at the marker on the outside to see if it is blinking.
