What the video REALLY wants you to do: 1. Stop indulging on contents. It only fuels your rage. 2. Don't be afraid to ask questions. It doesn't make you a fool. The majority of the people ain't better anyways. 3. Get the Bluelight screen away before bedtime. It only excites your brain into restlessness. 4. Less searching, more contemplating. 5. Work out. It's good for your health AND your mind. 6. You INEVITABLY need discipline to reach the biggest goals. 7. Avoid addiction at all cost. 8. Stop impressing others. Realize that nobody cares. 9. Have confidence in yourself. 10. You don't have to stay connected 24/7 11. Create more than consume. 12. Update your viewpoint towards the world 13. Opportunity and passion won't knock on the door, unless you act. 14. Think on yourself 15. Read some books. 16. Eat healthy food 17. Get more sleep 18. Feel something is wrong? Take it as a warning and take serious time to find out why.

The main problem i'll always find with all this content is that sometimes. You're not "lazy" or distracted with social media. Sometimes you're simply just tired of life, you're tired of your entire life being surrounded by people unable to bring you any sort of comfort (parents), you're tired of how much your childhood has been ruined by bad parenting and a toxic life at school, you're tired that the few friends you had at school, high school, and as an adult, most ended up being liars and fakes, you're tired of your only social circle saying you're stupid for things they themselves also are victim of, you're tired of almost a decade of depression and feeling lonely. I don't know how many people will have more or less the same problem, but this is mine, sometimes you're tired of life and the only things giving you bits of hope are the workouts you manage to get almost daily. I wish all the fixes for life were "leave social media, read, workout, and eat healthy".

Of course all of this while NEVER EVER drinking or partying , working out at gym and trying to learn new stuff. I got an UAV operator license , I worked in 3 jobs at the same time during those years , I read a lot of books.. Conclussion : all of this advice will help you but won't fix nothing , luck is the most important stat , whatever you do , if you ain't in the right place on the right time you're fucked , and If you don't know people , well good luck.

I was actually able to accomplish each of those one by one but I’m still not satisfied. Why? It’s because I didn’t do what made me happy. The only thing on that list that doesn’t make me happy is the job part. Somewhere down the line I forgot to pursue my passion and got too caught up with work for a company that doesn’t care about me. Payed off 1st property at 10 years instead of 15 years. Invested in stocks I felt strongly about. I don't have regrets, because I have already done most of these things, but 10-20 years later. In your 20s make sure you focus on being healthy and living long. Focus on mental wellness. And staying fit. Have friends. I worked way too hard in my 20s. Don't do that. I finally snapped outta it by my mid 20s. But I really ruined my health and happiness just to have a decent place to live and a business and all. But than I found nobody even cared. Actually it was me learning to build intimacy and be a good partner and friend. Learning to be funny. To open up. To have fun. Like. The place doesn't matter the money. Those matter only to have enough. Enough is good enough. But health family friends those are things you wanna cherish wayyy more. Just keep work at 40 hours per week. And apply for jobs you wanna do. Find a place you enjoy being. And learn to talk to people and have fun.

"Listen to what everybody tells you" is something I've been thinking a lot about recently. Because I do listen to what everybody tells me and I feel there is merit in a lot of different ideas. Listening to all ideas makes you open, but convoluted when thinking if you cant choose one. If I were to believe something wholeheartly, no grey area, it would be easier to process. Yet, nothing is certain. I guess the only thing I know for certain is I don't know anything for certain.

I wasted my 20's playing video games and watching cartoons. Now in my late 30's, I am suffocated in a suburban hellscape that I have not built the skills to extricate myself from. I have to build those skills now and hope by my mid 40's I can begin to craft a worthwhile life.

I don’t use Facebook. I don’t use Twitter. I don’t use TikTok. I don’t use Instagram. I don’t use Discord. I don’t use Twitch. In fact i’ve blocked all of these from my phone with ‘parental’ controls, to guarantee I never slip up. I have WhatsApp, Email, and ‘Messenger’ for the small number of friends who don’t use WhatsApp. I watch useful, informative KZbin videos or long entertaining videos like movies or shows, and I avoid KZbin ‘shorts’ or ‘reels’ as much as possible. I feel so much more calm and have more free time. You’re right about social media, it’s a waste of time, and it now exists for ads and maximum engagement through fostering collective dopamine-fuelled outrage. I see my friends spending hours scrolling TikTok or Instagram and I now notice how unhealthy it is. I miss pre-2010 Facebook, when Facebook had no politics, no pervasive ads, no toxic ‘memes’, it was just cute family/friends photos and people selling stuff.
