How to shoot in Manual mode (GH5)

i have it on M but it stays to AFC and i cant change it ...even the switch that changes the auto focus wont work

The M doesn’t change the auto focus. By choosing M you select manual mode of your settings instead of the camera controlling it itself. What camera are you using. On my GH5 I need to change the setting to MF if I want to control the focus myself without autofocus

If i shoot at 50 frames , then u suggest using 100 as a shutter speed. However if later i wish to have project in 25 fps (by dropping alternate frames) then each frame will still have a SS of 100 which will look odd therefore i think, even for 50fps, shutter speed be 50.

Chandan Prakash Try it, but you will see that you footage will not work in slow motion. You always have to double it. If you don’t want to slow it down, just film in 25fps and set the shutter at 50. But if you want the opportunity to slow it down shoot in 50fps with the shutterspeed of 100. You can shoot above 100, but don’t go below unless you want a “dreamy” shattering look. 😊 I hope that helped, else just ask again 😊👍

I've some problem to expose the v log color profil correctly and I've got some good but. But I don't quite get this with spot meter. So I can only have control of it if I'm in P mode when I´m filming? because when I'm using the M- mode with the camera ikon on the spot meter keep changing. I´m using the Panasonic GH5. thank you in advance.
