There Is no future,, there is only present... If your mind is wandering more about future that mean u r anxious and can face anxiety issue... Watch your thoughts and if you think your mind is thinking about future just take deep breathe , do self talk and then focus on your studies... N meditation is the must... This will help your mind to avoid distraction..

Damn, this might be one of the most authentic seeming monks out there. You seem so happy, that's for sharing your happiness. Just so anyone knows, he is 100% right. About 2 years ago, I could barely concentrate on my solar plexus. Every time I would try, my mind would redirect me elsewhere, I felt distracted. Over time, not that I'm perfect with this, but I'm a hell of a lot better than when I started. So, this kind being new to me, the more you practice, the more you get used to it. I have good days, I have bad days, it's not up to you how it will be, but it is up to you how you go about it.

I do meditation for 12-15 minutes every day, while meditating my mind wanders here and there, sometimes there are normal thoughts but sometimes there are really GOOD CREATIVE IDEAS that come to me. Then I became aware of it that I have been distracted and I bring my focus back. In that split second when I bring my mind to focus it feels very bad like I have slapped myself very hard or I banged my head very hard on the wall or I cut something very important part of my body, it gives me a feeling that I am losing something very important like I am losing my capabilities to think creatively or losing my capabilities to remember. My question: Is that all right to feel bad, is that a part of meditation too. Please answer this question. Thanks

Never try to harm your body brother, if your mind gets distracted let it flow and tell your mind lets get back to medication by saying friendly. You doesn’t need to be frustrated its a natural thing our mind gets out of focus. The more you get angry or hating your self your mind will do the opposite it will try to distract you. Be friendly with your mind. Once your mind gets distracted let it flow and ask your mind in kindly to get focus on medication.
@tyrians6376 Жыл бұрын
Let it wash over you, let go, and relax. Keep in mind that your creative ideas will come and go, but may not be forgotten by the time your meditation is over so you can always get back to them later. All that matters is what’s happening right here right now while meditating so let yourself believe that you’ll remember the thought later and let go.

I have something to solve regarding breathing meditation. Once I start focusing on my breath, I feel that I'm controlling my breath and it makes me bit tired. I want to focus on natural breath, but I feel that automatically my breath is being controlled by me. How to observe the breadth without controlling it?
