I'm about 1 week into my fitness journey.. not long but I took your advice from a previous video and started little by little. I started a couple weeks back by recording my meals so I could really see what I was eating. Now I'm trying to drink much more water and make healthier food decisions. I have been running a couple of times but I hope to keep it up and this video has really helped my mindset about it. It was you that inspired me to try and be healthier in the first place. You rock!

I’ve been playing piano for 10 years and I’m just about to do my final grade but I’ve had no motivation to practice. This video made me get up and play. Thanks for that little push. I love piano and I’ve been working 10 years for this. :)

This video has made me so motivated to get back to the gym I was enjoying it so much and just found myself stop going, my 'why' was too look good and be skinny so maybe that shouldn't be my 'why' and I am going to make some goals :)

Thank you so much for this! I started calorie counting again with the Fitbit I got for Christmas. I don’t do well with limited diets so counting calories and eating a better & healthier variety of food is better suited to me rn. I’m starting Personal Training at the end of the month because I finally found someone who can work in my budget and around my college hours. I’m starting from a very low fitness level so I was thinking up until this video that I’d need to pile on classes in my downtime and make a load of changes altogether which is terrifying but what you’ve recommended sounds WAY more doable Thanks for sharing ❤️

I find that going before work is much easier. The hard part is getting up early to get to it but it's always worth it once I'm done.

I do Slimming World and I’ve started to lose motivation recently, it’s so difficult to stay on track and avoid temptation (which for me is chocolate and sweets)

You’re actually looking great Emma!! How do you eat healthy on a low budget, I’ve tried eating healthy but it’s so expensive :( especially fruits! If anyone has any tips let me know x

Toniiamanda H fruits aren’t the healthiest due to all of the natural sugars in them but if you’re wanting them as a snack instead of something even more unhealthy bags of frozen berries are a lot cheaper than fresh ones. Shopping at Aldi helps reduce the price of my more expensive items like protein & fruits etc too ☺️

Caiits My meals are okay it’s my snacking and I’ve got such a sweet tooth, that’s my problem.. I’ve tried the frozen strawberries but they went all mushy liked tinned fruit 🤢 maybe I did something wrong? Will try the ones from Aldi tho, thankyou

Try eating a few meat free meals a week, I have a few go to veggie recipes and they’re cheap, so filling and nutrient dense while being low calorie!

Protein balls are usually a cheap easy way to get a sweet fix and a decent snack. Plenty of receipes. The most expensive part is the peanut butter but I can get a big tub out of Holland and barret either reduced or on offer.

Eat season appropriate fruit and veggies, never buy prepackaged anything, make a meal plan and stick to it, use coupons from the mail because most stores price match.
