What's helped me most is taking magnesium at night and vitamin B and vitamin D in the morning. I also like to regularly add turmeric and ginger to my meals. I also limit my screen time at night

Yes chelated magnesium is great for headaches and insomnia and general as well period headaches as it relaxes the nervous system and your muscles

chelated magnesium is great for headaches and insomnia and general as well as period headaches. This combined with cbd will work wonders. Iron and primrose oil supplements for cramps. Black seed oil Ginger and tumeric for inflammation and to start your period if it’s delayed. Hot shower, Light massage and exercise Limited screen time too for general pms. Trust me everyone I’ve had PMS baaaddd :-) xxx take these atleast week beforehand too xxx

Wow, you are awesome! This was the best video I found about it…thank you! I have had PCOS since I was young. I couldn’t believe when you said the reason people feel better when they throw up when having a migraine is because it gives you seratonin…wow! I used to get major migraine’s and the only thing that would help would be to throw up. No doctor has ever told me that so that blew my mind. The migraines actually stopped when I got pregnant when I was 36 and I haven’t had them since for some reason. But…I get horrible headaches usually a couple of days before my period. I just had to go home from work because it’s so bad but this time it’s different. I just turned 48 and I had headaches Friday, then Sat morning started my period and it was heavy all day. Today, no period at all and massive headaches! I wondered if I’m about to have the woman life change. When I was young my periods were always off but after having my son they are always on and last 3-4 days so this is odd. Any advice would be so appreciated, thank you

Having tried every natural remedy out there and done all kinds of protocols, the only thing that helped was small doses of estradiol. It was safe for me because I'd had a hysterectomy.

I get killer mirgaines and i throw up everytime. The throwing up never makes my migraine feel better. I have gone to the emergency room multiple times to get a mix of medication to help me. I take tumeric, i eat and iron rich diet. I exercise when my head isnt killing me. I get a massage right before my period and nothin is helping. Im off sugar and processed food. Everything you say makes sense but its not working for me.

As a mineral analysis practitioner I’d not recommend any isolated magnesium. Drink oatstraw and nettle infusions they’re super high in a lot of trace minerals and more balanced and usable for the body. Also magnesium lowers sodium and nettle is high in mag low in sodium and so do t be afraid of Himalayan salt in your water. Also oatstraw is high in sodium and magnesium

Im confused now. According to ryan taylor menstrual migraines are caused by high estrogen, But this video says it is caused by low estrogen. So which is which?

During menses is typically when estrogen is higher, I believe, while during ovulation, estrogen has typically dipped.

I would defo try jade rolling or using a gua sha in the morning to support your lymphatic drainage. We tend to hold a lot more fluid retention around our periods and this can be really effective :) xx

Water retention forced me to exercise. U feel lighter within 18minutes of running on the treadmill. Also if ive been consistent with gym before my period.. the water retention and all related pms symptoms are a lot lighter and more manageable. Exercise is medicine indeed.
