🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 Holly cow! This made me laugh! The creepy... voice of the specialist, the face of the patient who just arrived from an after party 🥳 and can't even speak. And the dark image of the video just makes this hilarious 🤣

Doctor, I have very active trigger points which shoot pain to my jaw and ear and head and eye, but as soon as I press on them I get a horrible flare and my pain gets worse for days to an extent I can't touch my trigger points and can't talk or hold my head straight. How can I help myself? Why doesnt this release work for me? My trigger points are caused by anxiety muscle spasms. ❤

hello, I would like to have some advises about my triggers points problems. i saw all your vidéos and that helped me to eliminate few triggers points, but my biggest problem is still here : when i carrying a backpack, even if it's not heavy at all ( 3 or 4 lb ) after 20 mn it start to hurt me on my trapezius (the pressure of the strap of the backpack i suppose). If i try to continue the pain spreads all over the trapezius trough to the shoulders, the pain becomes unbearable, like lava running all along the trapezius. :S Doctors & physiotherapists didn't help me. I tried a lot of self massages with tennis ball or my hands but nothing change. :( heeeelp me please :) thank a lot.

Massage is not changing fascia layer. It could release temporary, but the main problem would be your weak muscles and your daily habits.

Shouldnt it hurt
@Nielasher20 күн бұрын
We understand your concern! Treating trigger points can cause some discomfort, but it shouldn't be excessively painful. The goal is to apply enough pressure to release the tension without causing injury. If it hurts too much, ease off a bit and gradually increase pressure. Always listen to your body! 😊
