Thanks for making this video. I was also last to be picked for sports. Now I'm 56, and just started running a few months ago. I love it! I ran for 2 miles without stopping yesterday, and it felt great. If you'd like to strengthen your hips (like, who wouldn't?), check out Katy Bowman's pelvic list video. She's so much fun! Once you start doing her exercises, you'll fall in love with them. They won't just help whatever sport you do, they'll help your movement throughout your everyday activities and keep you fit long into your life. Her youtube channel is Nutritious Movement.

I'm hoping someone can reply to my comment; I'm having trouble logically thinking that college/university is right and fair. And I remember going to class and on the syllabus day, first day in class more than 1 teacher basically apologized to us and told us their bosses had told them to get more tuition money from the students they are required to fail as many as they can, and at least half or they themselves will be fired. This happened to me over 10 years ago, and I don't know how to reconcile my thoughts on it, and at the same time wanting to go back and finish my degree. Or even feel like I can spend money on education when Its not fair. Now if you do the math, that can't seem to work... over 50% fail rate on every class, a typical 4 year degree is 120+ credits, with the average number of credits being 3... that's over 40 classes. And each one of those has this 50% of the class failed for no reason other than wanting to get more money from you? That's really bad gambling. And every time you take 1 of those 40 classes you are doing 50% gambling? How do people reason this? You also don't have companies prioritizing giving the 4 year or graduate degrees priority in hiring over others anymore. How does someone justify college or even thinking its fair if this is the case? And what are you supposed to do?

I’ve been running indoor on the treadmill for 2 years, however I’ve stopped recently since it felt so boring looking at the wall constantly, now I’m pondering about what people will think about me as a rando in the streets randomly running. 😢

A tip for communal showering is to get a gym membership and shower there. college students are kind of gross and there is usually more privacy and cleanliness at the gym
