Deepti Vempati, 32, and Natalie Lee, 31, both became famous from the reality T.V. show on Netflix called "Love Is Blind". Their quest to find love ended up leading them to quit their six-figure corporate careers, become social media influencers, and hosts of a successful podcast.
Before joining the cast of the Emmy-nominated series, Deepti and Natalie led careers in the tech and accounting fields. Deepti worked as a data analyst and Natalie was a management consultant. Both say their experience in their old careers have helped them navigate life as influencers.
Although neither told their bosses about filming "Love Is Blind," both found their experience with the show heavily impacted their careers. At one point, they realized they couldn't balance both influencing and their corporate careers and needed to "pick a lane."
Now, they run a successful podcast called ‪@outofthepods‬ where they discuss their experience while filming "Love Is Blind," invite other cast-mates from other seasons of the show, and occasionally feature other guests who found fame from Netflix reality T.V. shows. At one point, "Out Of The Pods" was ranked #20 on Apple Podcasts charts and #10 on Spotify U.S. podcasts charts.
