i find it hard to believe that new jobs will come in time, the amount of people doing office jobs is unreal and now they are not needed. They wont be able to get the skills in time let alone before the new jobs are even available.

Thanks for the video; only a few out there give away such great advice, especially on how to use an AI and find out the new possibilities.

I can't agree more. History repeats itself and if you dont stay up to date with things in your industry you are out.

Hi Don , thank you so much for your interview tips and advices. I followed them pretty well so far and have a final 5th round interview with Microsoft. They seem to be calling it an As Appropriate interview with a Senior Director. Could you share what could be some good questions that I could ask the Director and should I be answering any questions any differently compared to the previous rounds ? Thank you

Hey Don, Do you have any videos regarding presentation skills via microsoft teams, or in person, or both? My company is asking me to start presenting, so I was wanting to sharpen up on my skills, and was wondering if you already put out some presentation videos, or maybe could offer some adivce. Thanks Don!

Great presentation, I disagree though! A.I. IS NOTHING LIKE THE TECHNOLOGY OF THE PAST. I'm actually surprised people still think this way. Study exponential growth (what a.i. can do) and then try to compare that to the calculator.

There is an unnoticed pitfall that requires attention. Corporations bear a fiduciary duty to yield profits for their shareholders. When we extrapolate our current trajectory to its logical conclusion, it becomes evident that automation threatens to supplant nearly all jobs. The competition we face is against an intelligence that, in numerous ways pertinent to most occupations, surpasses our own. We are compelled to envisage and implement a novel business paradigm that upholds a fiduciary responsibility to all of its participants. A framework akin to a private membership association could be one potential solution. The fundamental premise should be that organizations are designed to serve humanity, not vice versa. If our goal is to establish a precedent where humans are augmented by, rather than replaced by, AI, then it necessitates a conscious, deliberate effort. We need to proactively shape our future, rather than letting it unfold unguided.

I’m not so worried about AI replacing jobs. I’m more concerned with it replacing humans. Sounds far fetched I know but Google already doesn’t understand how their AIs are learning things they were never intended to and at the speed things are happening, I just hope we can catch up.
