Are gut cleanses bullshit? I used to think so until I went on the most restrictive diet of my entire life.
I started by eating only chicken and rice. Then, I slowly reintroduced foods into my diet to see what was causing my gas issues.
That experiment turned into me discovering the potential benefits of an extremely restrictive diet. Is it possible to get most of the benefits of prolonged fasting without the need to starve yourself entirely of food?
Here’s my take on the chicken and rice only diet and how it’s changed my views on gut cleanses.
