This guy I used to work with always found reasons to lift up his shirt to display his flat abs (middle-aged, dad-jeans, dad sneakers, dad haircut, etc). Had his phone on a belt clip (total geek) and would pretend to get a text so he could lift up his shirt to amaze us with his abs. My BFF and I worked together and at a certain point we realized he was doing this on purpose because he was doing it nearly every day and soon he was just lifting up his shirt, not even bothering to pretend he was answering his phone .I would talk out of the side of my mouth and Whisper to my friend the same way Sebastian does when he talks about his Bowl of Cherries being eaten by his wife's friend: "look, I can't effing believe he's doing it again!" To another friend I lamented the ab flashing and sounded a lot like Sebastian talking about the 42 year olds high-fiving each other at the Las Vegas pool: "WTF do you think you're doin'? You're not 25, yer forty fiyyyyyyve years old and you're flashin' yer abs. I don' wanna see yer abs, that's DISguuuuusssstttttiiiinnggggg! Who do ya think you are? YOU AIN'T RYAN REYNOLDS, YOU AINT CHANING TATUM!" (I nicknamed the guy 'Captain Abvious').
