I am wondering if it is possible to live the way you are with 1 cleans a year after fully cleaning out all stones

My doctor recommende taking out my gall bllader, I turned to my frined who is a dietitian and I decided to do a gall bladder & liver cleanse, all in 2 days, on the 2nd day after 8am stones were coming out, no pain and they were in differnet sizes, colors and were very soft. I wish I would of saved them to show you guys but as I touched them the actully dissolved due to the olive oil that I drank. Below is the recipe that I used and have been doing it everey year and recommend it to all my frineds and family CLEANSE OF LIVER & GALL BLADDER INGREDIENTS: • 4 Teaspoons of Epsom salt • ½ cup of olive oil • 2/3 cup of pink grapefruit fresh squeezed • 20 drops of Black Walnut ( find it at any health food store) • Large glass pitcher (it has to be glass) In order to do this cleanse, you will need to take 2 days off from work and not do any chores and be well rested. You may do this over the weekend. *On the first day do not eat any greasy foods. You may eat oatmeal, quinoa, amaranth, fruit, smoothies soy milk, wheat bread, vegetable soup, fish soup, steamed fish, salmon. Do not take any of your meds, if you must take them its ok but its better if you don’t. *2:00 PM- Do not eat anything after 2pm, you may only drink water or tea without any sugar. Now you will start to do the first mix, boil 3 cups of water, and once cool add 4 teaspoons of Epsom salt into the 3 cups of water that you boiled this will make ¾ portions for each cup. *5:00pm- Drink the first portion of Epsom Salt (3/4 cup) If you need to rinse your mouth or drink a little bit of water to get the taste out of your mouth it’s ok but not too much, just enough to rinse your mouth. *7:00pm Drink the 2nd portion of Epsom Salt (3/4 cup) *8:45pm- (GRAPEFRUIT COCKTAIL) In another glass container Mix ½ cup of Olive oil with 2/3 cup of fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice add 20 drops of black walnut and mix altogether in container/glass *9:pm- Drink the grapefruit cocktail mix, drink it slow. Immediately as soon as you drink it lay down on your right side with your legs bent towards your chest. Maintain this way without moving for at least 20 to 30 minutes. This is going to help the movement of the gall bladder stones make their way through, you will not feel any pain and the movements will start the next day in the morning. If its possible you should try sleeping only on your right side. *6:00am- Drink the third portion of Epsom salt drink of ¾ cup. If you feel nauseas wait a little bit until it passes and drink it slow, immediately go lay down on your right side. *8:00am-Dink the fourth last portion of Epsom salt and return to laying down on your right side. The effects of the cleanse will begin to start after 8am. You will see the stones in different colors and sizes, they will float and will be very soft. You will also see shells floating in the toilet. It is recommended to collect the stones so you can keep track of how many you have digested. In order to have your gall bladder and liver completely clean you will need to have digest at lease 2,000 stones and shells. After this cleanse its recommend that you continue to eat oatmeal, quinoa, amaranth, fruit, smoothies soy milk, wheat bread, vegetable soup fish soup, steamed fish, salmon. Following the next day you may return to eating normal To keep a healthy gall bladder you may take Bifidophilus or Acidophilus, Gall bladder formula or Spirulina.

Sorry no ones replied to u so I will. You do them regularly until there’s no more stones as you can have thousands depending on how old you are and if you’ve never done one. It’s not hard so that’s her perception and it IS a “Do it Yourself” procedure. You Also do not have to pay over $100 and go have a colonic irrigation bit it makes it easier and faster is all. Keep doing them, eat healthy and love long with no inflammation or health issues 🤗 I’m watching this as I was curious if anyone had posted their experience and hers is absolutely entertaining and she’s adorable obviously and including her family and steps is cool too but as I know it’s NOT difficult ‘ I wa s also happy to see she’s used the same book which in my opinion is the best and most comprehensive cause on the first chapter he tells so much as to how critical it is and how physicians do not even KNOW nor do diagnostics detect nor do Doctors ever recommend this to be done (like cancer: cures are here but they don’t want people to know which is why over 100 naturopaths a year are asassinated in America alone! Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of the other followers, this is not content which should be posted here. I think, with regard to your younger followers, this could indeed be dangerous. On the other hand, I do feel like your community is very thoughtful and reflected, even the negative comments are really respectful. This is something, I personally, really appreciate! In times of so much hate and impoliteness (especially in social media). I also think, being the best version of yourself is not about being beautiful from the outside(which you are, undoubtedly), rather it is being beautiful from the inside (which I don't say you're not!). Having a kind heart in a cruel world for example is a super power to me! We have to take care of each other, instead we are all so focused on ourselves. Is this really what we want our society to be like? Lots of love from Germany!

Anni Moe, "with regard to your younger followers, this could indeed be dangerous". Wow, wow, wow, hold your horses - superego lady - which ONE of Doutzen's followers gave you implied or explicit consent to speak on his or her behalf or to “take care of” him/her? How many of these “followers” are under YOUR legal, intellectual, moral, physical, or emotional responsibility? How is this cleanse “dangerous”? Please tell me HOW SO? People like you are exactly what makes this world a “cruel world” by pretending to have a “kind heart” yet at the same time being ignorant, clueless, arrogant, condescending, judgmental, self-righteous, group-think, narcissistic, and rude individuals. Why do I say you are mean? Because you suggest Doutzen to remove her video by asserting “this is not content which should be posted here”, WITHOUT any evidence to prove what she did in the video is “dangerous”. How dare you!! Doutzen performed this detox to her own body, she felt “cleansed and full of energy” afterward, she said that in the video at 7:36 as well as writing it out in the description section above, she wishes to share it with her audience. Isn’t this enough empirical evidence FOR HER to prove the cleanse works? Did you ever need a scientist to tell you sugar is sweet and how much of it should be put into YOUR coffee? When did she ask you for your input? When did she SUGGEST anyone to do it? Would she have suggested anyone to do it had it not been a good experience for herself? Isn’t this the essence and spirit of her KZbin videos of sharing parts of her life? What’s wrong with that? The book she shows in the video is written by a German-born, India-trained and certified naturopathic doctor. He’s written over 20 books in his life and healed thousands of people on a face-to-face basis and probably hundreds of thousands more via his books and teachings. My wife and I are two of them in the second group! Andreas Moritz was probably the most famous German-born natural holistic healer in the world and I loved him! You should be ashamed of your ignorance and arrogance! How dare you to lecture Doutzen on a topic you have absolutely no personal experience or academic expertise with but merely based on other people’s hearsay! How dare you!

Oof, this was aggressive. There’s also an herbal supplement out there called Milk Thistle to support a clean liver. Turns out I’m allergic to them. My tongue and throat swelled and made it hard to breathe. It never occurred to me that I would be allergic to them, so I wanted to share and possibly save someone else from having the same experience.
@monyscell83523 жыл бұрын
Are you sure that it's an allergy that made your tongue and throat swell? Just wondering if there could be another explanation for the reaction. It seems odd. I think that while milk thistle should be part of a liver cleanse, I don't think it'll do the job on its own (I say this having taken milk thistle in tincture form myself). Did you take the herb as an infusion, or in capsule form, or tincture, or what? You might want to look further into it - it would be a shame to have to avoid such an important herb. I know if it were me, I'd be so annoyed by the reaction I'd want answers. I'm stubborn that way... lol. Thanks for sharing your experience - I had never heard of any reactions like this. Good to know, especially since I would recommend it to anyone without a thought.

Great video. I have followed the Hulda Clark cleanse program which was thirty days. The second was a simply 1 day program of diet and using olive oil and lemons to flush out stones. Both programs yielded some pretty significant results. I realize that you don't have to go vegan but the last day of the cleanse is most important. In the latter cleanse: I abstained from greasy, oily, fatty and dairy products for one day. For breakfast: one bowl of oatmeal and rice milk (no sugar), drink first 3/4 cup Epsom salts just before lunch, for lunch boiled potato, salad without any oil or dressing (this allows for pressure to build up in the biliary ducts to flush out the stones), eat the same meal again for dinner around 4:30, 5:30 drink 2nd 3/4 cup of Epsom salt. At 8pm drink 3/4 cup olive oil mixed with 3/4 cup lemons juice freshly squeezed. Lay flat on your back and prepare to sleep. Take 2-3 ornithine capsules if having problem sleeping. Go to the bathroom if you must but try to remain on your back for the remainder of the nigh to remove the most stones. Drink epsom salts again at 6am lay down, then again drink Epsom salt at 8am then lay down. Now you may have stones come out any time after 6am and they will. I flushed out hundreds of small pee sized stones. Some were bigger and some were a brownish red colour while most of them were a dark green colour. Since doing the cleanse my back pain and inflammation are gone. My memory has improved, I have a sense of well being that no one can buy at any cost. Stay blessed.

may be you should get informed first before criticising , because epsom salt is not the regular salt(NaCl), that you put on your dishes. Epsom salt is a magnesium Sulfate and has proper cleansing benefits , including helping with constipation or even when you have a flu. Epson salt literally soaks up the toxins out of your body that is why is being recommended when you do a cleanse or fast for a longer period of time.

@ilfautdanser91214 жыл бұрын
@@fk1386 a flush isn't about moderation--it's about inspiring your gallbladder and liver to cough up stones they contain. the large amount of fat provokes the bile/stone dump and a significant amount of epsom salt helps move it along. magnesium is a muscle relaxant, the point of its use is that it opens up the bile tract and would allow hepatic and gallstones to move through more easily. the other added bonus to magnesium is that large amounts cause diarrhea (that's how your body easily rids you of any excess you have consumed) and would aid in the removal of any released stones.

I did 1 flush per week for a while. Then I did 2 flushes a week that was too intense. So I went back to 1 flush per week. The first 10 flushes will make huge difference but it's not enough.

I really love her vlogs en her as a person. But I am also very happy to read in the comments that so many of you dont buy in to this method. There is absolutly no use to cleanse your bowel. There are many usefull bacteria living there, aspecially when you eat as healthy as Doutzen does. Your body is very capabel to handle this proces it self. The docters specialized in this field agree on this point and what I have read in studies leeds to one conclusion. Stop this. It is not healthy.

This was done to cleanse the liver however, And no they dont work as well as youd like in most cases, many people got healed via this method, Just like alot of people are healing now through addressing the gut micro biome you speak off, whitch was also a fairy tale at first, untill it wasnt Candida yeast overgrowth because of disbalanced bacteria in your micro biome, causing the yeast to become funghus and attach to the intestinal lining, causing toxins from the gut to get in the blood stream causing chronic diseases, This now proven by science as in pubmed peer reviewed scientific studies. This was another thing medical doctors laughed real loud at, yet is was curing people And medical doctors still pretend it doesnt exist even though its proven scientific fact Plz dont say silly things

@shiftgood3 жыл бұрын
The liver requires chemicals to detoxify itself. You have to properly feed it for it to do it’s job. Most people eat garbage all day, breathe dirty air, take meds and party.. Taking time out to promote liver function doesn’t seem like a bad thing to do. But hey. You do you.

I just finished my 2nd liver cleanse using the Andreas Moritz method. After an MRI, I was diagnosed with a stone in the neck of my gall bladder and with fatty liver disease. I saw this video and thought that it was worth a shot. I bought the book and away I went. The 1st cleanse I saw zero stones. I also developed a taste that all I can describe it as is a chemical taste, but it only occurs when I eat meat. I also smell a similar smell when I am around meats, including dog and cat food. It is very strange. On the flip side, fruits and vegetables are extremely delicious now. I ate maybe 25 salads over my first 44 years, but now I eat them at least one meal a day and sometimes two because they taste so good. I finished my 2nd liver flush yesterday and saw about 1000 or so stone like objects, both green and tan in color. If this were a by product of the liver flush ingredients then why didn't I see these the 1st time around? They are unmistakable so I would have noticed them. I am doing more blood work in 5 months to see if my liver numbers look better, and another MRI in 11 months to see if the stones are still there. Time will tell, but this was worth a try versus getting an organ removed. I have been researching different forms of healthy living for a couple of years now, such as fasting and different eating styles. I have done carnivore, plant based, Keto, etc.. and I have done these in conjunction with intermittent fasting. I have done as long as a 5 day water fast. The thing I learned was that your body stores toxins in fat. If your body has too much toxins it won't burn the fat, but will lower metabolism even with fasting. My thoughts are to remove the toxins with the liver flush and the fat will burn as my liver cleans things up. I am down 15 lbs. in 40 days not counting calories and eating 3 meals a day. I do not exercise other than a short walk 2 or 3 days a week and normal office walking. I do eat clean foods though and try to cook everything from scratch.

Even though this subject is a controversial for some of your suscribers I appreciate Doutzen that you put warnings at the beginning. It s your body-your choice. I am happy you share with us the life itself from your own personal perspectives. Please don t stop making videos!! I appreciate your beauty, openness and the fact that you are authentic! Kissed for you and you family❤️❤️

I have Lyme disease and I detox every day, detoxing can be beneficial not only for those with an illness as detoxing is just a fancy word for moving lymph and toxins such as in my case Spirochetes out of my system as I have a die off from the treatment I do. But also for seemingly healthy people as the SAD - standard American diet is filled with toxins of its own, micro plastics, gmos, and much more. And even more than that what you put on your skin and body such as parabens, glyphosate, phthalates all seep into the blood stream and thus into the lymphatic system and so much more that causes a back up liver, kidney and most of all lymphatic system. Some telltale signs of this is eye bags, puffy ness all over, fatigue, constipation, clogged ears, frequent viruses or infections, fluid retention, unexplained soreness, brain fog, food or chemical sensitivities, weight gain, enlarged glands or swollen lymph nodes. The idea that our body detoxes solely on its own only works if we are feeding and taking care of it at 100%.

Those stones are made of olive oil, salt and lemon :) Your liver can't hold thousands of stones.
@marlosunnyfruit44313 жыл бұрын
If this was the case, you should have stones coming out with every cleans, right? But after some cleanses like this, there comes nothing out anymore! So your theory must be totally wrong. I did this 5 times, fewer and fewer stones came out, the fifth time none came out. I drank the same mixture every time.

Exactly my brother, but this video is just masked advertising for that crap salt. Sad that people will believe it and start doing it over a problem that they might not even have.

I like this chick!!! Great video! I'm gonna do this! Been doing a 14 day Liver cleanse but need my gallbladder flushed!
@thedouglaspodcast2 жыл бұрын
I’ve done this myself 😅 nine years ago. I already knew when the video started out with her on the toilet, it was epsom salt, apple juice, oil, citrus and fasting. It really works 😅 I was having gallbladder pain so bad for months. Did this, LOTS of stones or “sand” came out. Pain went away and honestly I felt wildddd afterwards. Like a fog emotionally had been lifted off me.
