I’ve received my BCP-157 and TB-500 from Marek Health, so I’m starting this weekend with the treatment protocol they designed for me.
In the video I disclose that I am in a partnership with Marek Health, but I forgot to describe the details.
Marek Health will be providing my diagnostic lab work, medically supervised reviews, and will supply the compounds that Dr. Adam Hotchkiss and my counselor Michael Warner recommend to help me resolve the various conditions I revealed in this video.
No testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) growth hormone (GH) or hormone replacement therapy (HRT) will be administered or used over the course of this partnership.
Marek Health is also not paying me a fee or any monies.
In exchange for their guidance and provision of any compounds I will be using, I will be documenting the process for you on this and my other social media platforms.
If you would like more information about Marek Health, you can find it in the link below.
I look forward to sharing this process with you.
Much aloha🙏🏻

Yes sir, I know how you feel. I’m only 47 but there are days when I feel like I’m 77. 10 years in the military did a number on my body plus the years of heavy lifting for most of my jobs and working out have taken a toll on my joints and assisting tissues. I enjoy working out and I’ve recently started using kettlebells as part of my routine. I wish I had started using them sooner because they are a game changer in my book. The last few years though I’ve really started feeling time catch up to me. Some days I don’t even want to get out of bed 😢. I travel for work so keeping a healthy lifestyle is difficult but hopefully that will change soon. I’ve been watching your videos for years now and you have been a big inspiration for me so I hope you treatments work the way you hope they do. Maybe your journey can help those of us in similar situations. Good luck.

I read every word and really appreciate your comment. I’m right there with you. Getting out of bed is not like it used to be and every day there’s something a little off on me, but I use that to steer me into the practices that allow me to work with or around whatever I’m dealing with. Not training long or to failure has been very helpful in allowing me to keep pushing forward. Thank you and aloha 🤜🤛

Appreciate your authenticity. I am amazed that a pre-diabetic can have a physique like you! I am diabetic and I got it into remission by cutting out the following. - Pls do not take any diabetes med. It won't help. Those are meant for Type 1 Diabetes. I assume you have Type 2 Pre-Diabetes ( from a long period of sugar / glucose overdose ). 1. Cut off all Sugars, be it Natural or Sweeteners. This include fruits. 2. Cut off all Grains. Rice, Noodles, Bread & any Starchy Food, i.e. Potatoes. These are the Sugar in the form of Glucose. 3. Cut off all Vegetable Oils. These are usually your low-quality palm oil, candola oil ( previously, used as machine lubricant ), etc. 4. If you are open, adopt a keto diet. I went from the above to a keto diet, to a carnivore diet. - Carnivore Diet sounds scary... Until I read on youtube and google about tribes who lived on a meat-only diet. The Inuits @ Greenland. "Eskimos" The Maasai Tribe in Africa, aka the Lion Hunters. Lions literally flee upon seeing a group of these hunters approaching them, clothed in their red checkers. The Amazon Tribe are also a principally meat-based hunter-gatherer way of living. Are you Chinese? Type 2 Diabetes have plagued the Egyptian Upper Class & the Pre-Qin Chinese Upper Class in Antiquity. The formula to treat Type 2 Diabetes in the Traditional Chinese Medication Philosophy is simply to 避谷 / 避穀, which translates as "Avoid Grains". I hope you see the common theme in what I wrote and what was discovered in Antiquity. My Diabetes @ OGTT of 8+ went to 5.9 in a matter of 3 months, if you are stringent about it. ( This was on Keto diet. I am on Carnivore Diet and I go to have my bloodwork tested for my glucose level every 3 months. I did the same on my dad, who is in his 80s, and suffering from the same condition. The results were similar. 8+ to 5.9 too. What did we share? The same diet. ) All the best.

I’m 55 as well and literally just like you a year ago all of a sudden I had bad Achilles tendon pain in my right Achilles, and my knees got so stiff and creaky it was hard to bounce up and get going like I used to. I was listening to a podcast that Mark Sisson was on and he was describing the same things about his body that I was feeling. He said that he started using collagen with peptides after a recommendation from a friend, and within a month he felt like a new man. So I started using a product I got from Wholefoods that is collagen with peptides two weeks ago and sure enough I feel so much better than I’ve felt in a long time. I don’t have a low testosterone issue but I definitely was hooked on sweets. So I dramatically changed my relationship with candy and cakes. I’ll treat myself occasionally to some of my old junk food but quite frankly when I did that recently the junk truly tasted like junk. So for any of you out there who are having similar joint and tendon issues, I totally recommend using collagen with peptides. It has truly been a game changer for me so far.

Hey Bill, great video and topic. I'm hoping that you'll give us lots of after action reports to see how injury improvements last over time when you presumably cycle off of the peptides. I'm hoping and curious to see how long lasting the effects are or if the improvements are dependent on regularly cycling on and off the peptides., much Aloha.

Hi Bill. I'm curious about your dosages and frequency. My medical advisor put me on TB500: 2.5mg twice per week, and BPC157: 200mcg per day. I am doing this for 1 month on, 1 month off, it is my second month on and my lower back and shoulders feel way better. In the past I've done the same combo but with way smaller dosages of just 125mcg TB500 and 125mcg BPC157 twice per week, and I felt better but not by a lot and I was actually told that such low doses were just a waste of money. @picketf

Let me try to address some of your questions. I have experience with TB500 myself a few years back. When I took it, it was still a peptide in research and I came in contact with it through a professional cycling coach. Cyclists at the level this coach was working with were far more serious than I a ever was and they have been known to take every small advantage they can get, for instance through training in high altitudes or doping through transfusions of their own blood. Needless to say, I was highly sceptical of the benefits when I started documenting my recovery process with TB500. I had a ligament injury and a slight tear at the muscle insertion, otherwise known as tennis elbow, and at the time the only advice from a GP was to stop exercising and give it a few months rest. I talked to this coach and he refered to me to a sports doc that told me he deeply regreted injecting cortisol to "patch up" athletes in the past and that he had switched to using a number of peptides instead which could immensely speed up the healing process. Of course with it being research chemicals I was very cautious to follow dosage and intervals. On the other side nobody except the chemist who had made the peptide profited from it and compared to topical creams and hot-pads that you would normally use for muscular strains or soft spots this was rather cheap and much more superior in effect.I tried and in a very short while I was doing the physiotherapy exercises without pain and with ease.

The question should be ‘why are your GH and testosterone low and HOW low are they’? Also, what is your definition of ‘pre diabetic’ - elevated BSL or HbA1c or elevated fasting insulin or abnormal HOMA? The cause of achy joints is often multi factorial (e.g. are you taking statins?) and may have nothing to do with low GH/testosterone (red herring?) Your ankle mobility seems significantly reduced as well as your knee flexion. This may be a consequence of osteoarthritis changes in your joints - a simple plain x-ray will show this. Another consideration is an autoimmune flare up that will cause multiple joint arthralgia. A great example would be rheumatoid arthritis, a migratory polyarthropathy or some viral illness - COVID exposure or a simple flu or a COVID vaccine/booster come to mind. The latter has a history of ‘strange’ side effect symptomatology. As I said, it’s complicated and just because your GH/testosterone are abnormal doesn’t mean they are the cause of your problems. For example, they could have been low for many years and not caused any issues. Also important is to know how low they are. Anyhow, it will be an interesting experiment. All the best.

bro, if you´d just work out like 2-3 times a week you wouldn´t need therapy

This is going to be awesome to follow, I'm 54 and always trained. Recently put full Thai Boxing sessions on the days between my resistance workouts. Wanted to get my skipping back to 15 minutes as my warm up, lungs good, shoulders and legs no problem. Feet and Ankles though they're going to take some work, Stiffer than CP30 🦿🦿🦿 Good luck with the peptides
