For reference im taller (6’5) but my legs are proportional to my upper body to where it looks like an x, and my shoulders are wide, i can ohp great and squat is the best of my lifts when it comes to numbers, but my deadlift is 100lbs less than my squats and my bench press sucks.

This guy Larry is strong I admit, but Jason Genova takes his ass to school... And don't even get me started about Charlie Z...

Not sure if Ronald Hawkins above is serious. I don't think he gets it or knows who those people are. Charlie Z is GOAT boxer.

Am I the only guy who loves to watch Larry breaking all his records and eating at the same time? People, be my witness from today Im starting with the light weights :D

I know you have some awesome subs and I was curious what you and their opinion is about grip width with the more strict standing shoulder press. More specifically for safety and shoulder health/longevity rather than what one might use for the most weight. Thanks!

the only way to understand any of larry's really really easy lifts is to watch it in super slow motion. and when you understand explain to me how can a man deadlift like that. This man is just incredible and amazing

The other guy doesn’t even stand up with his deadlift. He just puts it down as soon as he pick it’s up
