Brammerzworkouts its in his calves he has long tendons which help explode the balls of ur feet so immensely, plus he is more upper body dominant he doesn’t even look like he trains legs, again thats genetics he trains legs like a goat, but his shoulders, upper back and traps developed 10 fold helping him hold the load better. For reference im taller (6’5) but my legs are proportional to my upper body to where it looks like an x, and my shoulders are wide, i can ohp great and squat is the best of my lifts when it comes to numbers, but my deadlift is 100lbs less than my squats and my bench press sucks.

I thought I'd give deadlifting like Larry a go. Belt on. Stare at the bar. Massive deep breath. Aggressively grab the bar and lift in one swift motion. I'm glad my hospital bed has Wi-Fi. My spine is absolutely fucked. Thanks Larry.

These guys making Larry feel strong af...and he is. But then he goes to train with Eddie Hall and during regular conversation with Larry, Eddie Hall picks up two 120 lbs dumbbells and carries on the regular conversation, while pumping out a solid 30 reps during which he pauses twice to clarify some points he was making to Larry. LOL!
