Or else every chance will be given to ONE particular caste (You know whom i meant) An example: For professor posting in national College (IIT, IIM) there is no reservation and until 2020 survey there is No OBC/SC/ST professors until now.. Every professors was belong to ONE particular community... Example 2: Go and check the caste of Tamil Nadu cricket players where it has NO Reservation... Every sector is cleverly being privatized by central government thus making reservation meaningless. Top government post are filled with people from so called uppercaste- we recently saw the central government try to nominate IAS officiers to central government post. Until caste is abolished there should be no talk about abolishing reservation. We recently saw what happened to a mid day meals cook in our state. Reservation ensures such incidents don't happen. After all we have had reservation for over 2000 years favouring so called uppercaste- now since reservations is vice versa favouring the historically deprived section others are finding fault with the system. For all those who want caste based reservation abolished and want economic based reservation first please denounce your caste make your family member do the same. After all most of ur ancestral wealth is stolen hardwork of the socially weaker section so also donate all your ancestral wealth(land mainly) before you want economic reservation.
