If you make enough tomatoes when they are delicious, you can easily add them to various dishes!
When you make side dishes, when you season pork, when you put it in red pepper paste stew, or curry, the taste is different.
[Ingredients 1]
8 to 10 rolls of garlic, 1 onion, 4 tomatoes
Salt and oil, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of tuna liquid (can also be 1 tablespoon), 3 tablespoon of red pepper paste (a lot)
1. Slice the garlic thinly and chop, then cut the onion into small pieces and place in a thick pot.
2. Add salt and oil, reduce to low heat when the pot is hot, and stir-fry until smooth so that it does not burn.
3. Add the tomatoes cut into small pieces.
4. Add salt and oil, reduce to low heat when boiling, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. After 20 minutes, add red pepper powder, soy sauce, tuna liquid, and red pepper paste and bring to a boil while mixing well.
6. Cool once and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

3 eggplant, Tomato red pepper paste sauce
1. Cut eggplant in half and sprinkle with salt
2. Bake in a pan without oil and blow away the moisture.
3. Cover with oil, bake back and forth, then spread plenty of tomato red pepper paste sauce on the inside of the eggplant.
4. To create a slight smell of fire, bake it quickly back and forth, and it's done.
[Ingredients 3]
Meal prep vegetables, An egg, cooked rice, lettuce, tomato red pepper paste sauce
1. Cut the vegetables you want to eat in advance and place them in an airtight container.
2. Put all in the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
3. Season the steamed vegetables simply
* Onions and king oyster mushroomss: salt and pepper, a little bit of black sesame, fresh perilla oil
* Zucchini: A little bit of salt, fresh perilla oil
* Carrot: Whole Grain Mustard
4. Place a little cooked rice in a pretty bowl and top with seasoned steamed vegetables.
5. Place steamed eggs and a handful of lettuce on top of it.
6. Add plenty of tomato red pepper paste sauce and mix it deliciously.
