So.. I gained 6 lbs BUT I didn’t go off keto, I just ate way too much of the things I could eat. Made a bunch of keto treats etc and ate it all myself. So back to basics for me for now. Thanks for all the encouragement. Happy New Year!

I didn't make the treats this year because I had a cold 🤧, but I went wild on calories overindulging on cauliflower soup, and other rich foods (like keto hot chocolate) that made my sinus headaches feel better. Pity party over my quarantine Christmas. 🤒

What I noticed the most falling off the wagon this holiday break is how badly I feel. I’m so tired and biggest thing is how achy I am. I can just feel the inflammation everywhere. Looking forward to feeling better starting tomorrow! I started this lifestyle in 2018 for the weight loss but NOW it’s more for how it makes me FEEL. Love you girls! Thank you! 😊

Same here. The inflammation and sluggishness is real. Three days back on and I’m feeling better and have lost 2.5 lbs of the 9 I gained.

Same. The gluten really does me in/ my whole body aches, every joint, every muscle. I feel like I’m 150 with the flu. And I know that’s how I’m gonna feel and still I eat that cookie because carb addiction is real. Next meal WILL be keto,

@@Puglover130 carb addiction IS very real... and what's more is... unlike an alcoholic who can stay out of a bar and toss out their stash to avoid relapse.... our bodies need food and food is all around is. My husband and daughter are eating low calorie diet and my son has never had a weight problem. So there are always carbs around me and often being enjoyed right in front of me. It's hard!! Last night we went out for Mexican. The 3 of them enjoyed the chips and salsa. You have no idea how much of a constant struggle it was internally to keep out of them. I did it, but it surely wasn't easy. Hang in there and good luck to you! You are not alone.

I ate boxes of cookies, triscuits, pasta, and what seems like kegs of beer from Thanksgiving through the new year 🤦🏻‍♀️ Gained over 15 lbs 😮😩😭 Back at it will grilled chicken onions and peppers heavily seasoned today. Thanks for the encouragement girls 😉 Let’s go!!!! 💃🏻

I gained 7 pounds from thanksgiving to Christmas. I went back on keto on 12-28, and in 6 days, back down 4 of those pounds! The fluid retention is real. These next 3 pounds will take a little more work, but I already feel like a winner!

Very much agree. I used to think I couldn't live without all my favorite treats, but once I lost the weight, I felt so much better that I don't ever want to go back.

Yup. You hit the nail on the head! Addictive tendencies, that's me. Holidays came and went. I gained 20lbs. My goofy daughter said, Mom you deserve to eat anything you want too. I thought yeah I should. Well, needless to say I went crazy off keto. I finally got fed up with my clothes getting tight on me and not feeling well. I'm diabetic and so is my daughter. She eats whatever she wants and she has very high blood sugar. I can't do that so it's back on keto. Thank you girls for this video! God bless you!!!

This is the first time I’ve seen your channel, I started Keto back toward the end of August 2022. I did pretty good through Thanksgiving but in December I went WAYYYYYYYYY of the rails. I feel like crap my blood sugar and blood pressure is all over the place. I’m not diabetic nor do I have high blood pressure but just in the month I allowed myself to have whatever I want I feel like I’ve set myself so far back. I started Keto because I was borderline diabetic with insulin resistance. I’m very happy to say Keto helped me to get all the bad numbers down. But now I’m scared I’ve really messed up. THANK YOU for this video. Y’all speak TRUTH, THANK YOU FOR ENCOURAGING ME. I feel like y’all were speaking straight to me. I will be watching, because I will succeed in ketosis again and detox myself from all the crap and feel good again. Now I know how bad all the foods I use to eat makes me feel, I plan to not stray from keto again.

I lost 68 pounds on keto in 2 years, then started letting the carbs creep back in. Eventually, I quit even trying, and gained back 43 pounds in about 1.5 years. I'm now back on keto and hoping to lose it all again. So disappointed that I quit, but it's good to be back!

Thanks for the encouragement ladies! Over Christmas i was relatively ok, i had planned for desserts here and there, but when i overdid the sugar (beyond what i had planned), my cravings came back. On New Years Day i woke up CRAVING cake, and so i was very bold, and i paid for it with a day long low grade headache, nausea and gas. After 5 months on keto my body no longer seems to tolerate carbs in high amounts which is definitely a blessing. I'll remember that next Christmas :)

I went back to keto on 1/4. My main motivation for being on keto is that my migraines decrease from two a week to once a month. I also lose weight which is a bonus. Thank you for being so encouraging on your channels. You guys make me laugh, teach me new things, and encourage me. I love your channels.

Hoorrayyy!! I did not go crazy - but a week or so before Hanukkah i DID eat every single chocolate covered cherry my adoptive mom sent me. I ate them over the course of 2 days (thankfully it was not a ginormous tin - maybe 2 dozen of them) and then i was back eating well and no refined carbs, sugar. What you say is so true - like alcoholics says "One day at a time" I say "One MEAL at a time." That seems to work for me...Plus preparing foods in advance. 😀 Love your videos.

I made non keto cookies and enjoyed every bite! But now I’m ready to get back on track. I found a book at my local health store addressing gut health that surprisingly is keto without being labeled keto. Because it addresses gut health it appeals to my husband so this is a sneaky way of getting him to eat with me! He is developing quite the belly but that’s never going away if he doesn’t eat keto or at least low carb. I am excited for this 2023 journey! Thank you for your nonjudgmental video. 😊

Former cake decorator here! 👋 I am the maker of most of the pretty holiday cakes, cookies, and candies for my family gatherings. I totally had a few nibbles here and there over the last few weeks. My weight has basically stalled, but I am not super worried because I know I would definitely get back to "technically keto" immediately thanks to you ladies and the fb group! I gathered up the last of the goodies and purged them from my house at our last gathering on the 31st!

I take breaks from keto. But I know my breaks are the occasional times, not the regular menu. So when I get a craving for something, I know I can save that thought for later. And not let it consume me. So, for me, getting back on keto is easier than choosing when I can break from it.

I took the month of December off Keto but ate it part of the day. I gained 2 pounds and the day after Christmas I started back on keto and the 2 pounds is gone. Now I am ready to buckle down. Love your videos.

Well ladies I didn't go off keto for the holidays but I had to work hard not to give in. Your videos were a lifesaver. When I really really wanted that Chinese buffet I would make a deal with myself. Great advice! I lost 7 lbs between 11/20 & 12/30. At the holiday meals I allowed myself a big bite of just one sugary dessert, which I followed with a filling cup of coffee with cream. I stayed on track other than that, and I’m so encouraged by how my cravings for that kind of sugary food are now so low…after 6.5 months…just barely there. We can do this!!! 👊🤞👍

This holiday season was my biggest exit from keto since I started 5+ years ago. On top of that I had a long vacation this past summer and was very relaxed with my food choices. I ate things I had missed or loved and enjoyed it. What I didn't expect was how hard it was to get back on track but I jumped back in this week and I'm ready to stick to it. Still dealing with the sugar withdrawal but it's not terrible. I'm excited to get back to the energetic 62 year old I was before I jumped off the wagon. Addiction is real.

A year and a half since I started keto. 3 mos on keto basics and lost 40lbs. Have never been tempted to go off. I maintain with “technically keto” and did thru holidays as well. Just not even tempted. On carbs I craved all the time but now I don’t. I also fill up on so much less food than before keto. When you’re not hungry and don’t crave anything, it’s easy. You help me with our recipes (and they’re fun to watch of course). Keeps keto interesting. Thank you for all you do

Yes! I totally agree. I cheated for a couple of days at Christmas, and those cravings came raging back. I wanted to eat every two hours for a week after that, and I was tempted by carbs when normally I’m not because I’m eating keto. It is so crazy. Carbs are what make us constantly hungry and craving.

I gained 4 1/2 pounds during the last couple weeks. There were too many holiday parties and visits where I had no control over what I ate (ie., invited to a friend's for dinner and they served only pasta and garlic bread), so I decided I would give up keto for the holidays only. Except I when I gave myself permission to do that, I went INSANE! Cookies and french fries and fudge and everything I thought I've been depriving myself of the last 9 months. I know I can't process carbs like some others can. I know I'm addicted. So, I started Keto again yesterday.

Omg I sit here eating my keto lunch of steak, mushroom and stirfry veg with a bai and a salad looking at me. My cute pants are tight and i have gained 8 pounds. So it is back to Keto I go because I am soooo tired and feel like crap. Keto is a choice and choose it to feel good and have no pain.

I agree. Tomorrow never comes with that mindset. You have to just start then and there. I'll admit, 2+ weeks ago I didn't feel "ready" to start again on Keto, but I knew that if I put it off that nothing good was gonna come from it. I'd just be eating more chips, fried foods, and ramen noodles every day and feel like garbage. If ANYBODY is feel like, "I'm gonna wait until next week", or "I'm gonna wait until Monday" even... don't. Just START. And start now. The sooner you get on or back on track, the sooner you will be on or back on track to feeling like your best self.

Hi Ladies! I am a full time Grandma and baker of all the things my grandsons love! My willpower usually gets me through without incident but this holiday I went a little overboard for them, and consequently went off Keto for a couple weeks. My birthday was November 15th and I've actually been struggling to get back on track since then!! 😭 I've gained 7 pounds. My pants are tight and CRAZY because the scale says 7 pounds, BUT I also had to go back to 16s from 14s. 🙄💩 I started back TODAY.

I've been keto/super low carb since March of 2017. I lost 58 pounds in the first 18 months; since then, I've kept off 50 of those 58 pounds (not too bad). With the exception of those first 18 months.. I "go off" my way of eating for most holidays. It keeps me happy, and as long as I hop right back on, no real harm is done. 😀

I was keto for about a year and I was able to lose a significant amount of weight 333 down to 264. I got off my keto wagon and haven’t been able to get myself out of my own head. I physically don’t feel healthy I can’t tie my shoes or put my sox. So many issues I can go on but I won’t. Lol Good thing is I decided last night I would get back in it because it is the only time I remember feeling happy and proud of myself. I was healthier than I had been in years and I was happier because I liked what I saw in the mirror. It was like a bonus for me so I want that back. Long story long thank you for saying confess down below 😊😅🎉

i stopped weighing myself in february 2022(i have been on a weight loss journey since june 2019 and had lost 73 pounds, post menopause), and allowed myself some carbs here and there, for 9 months, and gained 25 pounds! Thats what happens when you don't weigh yourself. I am back on keto, and doing intermittent fasting as well.

Been with you from the beginning, more or less. I've lost 55 lbs on keto and IF. But after moving to AZ recently (and the holidays), I haven't been fasting much and eating a few high-carb meals. I've leveled off at 160.4 for weeks after being 150-155 lbs for over a year. I feel comfortable and my new clothes still fit, but I really needed this video to purge the guilt. This is how I will always eat, The only downside is that the keto recipes I've tried fail more often than they succeed. I'll get it eventually. Still, thanks again, ladies! You inspire us on.

I stayed on Keto 🎉 except for the MASSIVE amount of wine and champagne for several weeks🤣. ( My B day was Jan 1) so I gained 2 lbs but lost it the last 2 days👍. Making chicken veggie keto soup! And putting jalapenos in it and pepper jack cheese on top💗❤️👍

I decided that for my birthday on the 28th, I would have a Nothing Bundt Cake red velvet bundtlet, and I did. It tasted great. The next day I felt crappy which reinforced why I’ve stayed keto since April. I’m back on track.

Ok ladies, here's my confessions. I'm 71, no car, on social security and I HATE to cook! With all that being said the only cheap and easy food I can keep are either sweet or carbs. I don't use sugar but I use stevia in my coffee and a little too much heavy cream, but when I'm just tired and want something quick well you know the story. I also have gut issues which send me running if you get my drift lol. So I am trying to force myself to go more ketovore and will see how it goes. I'll have to do a lot of ground beef and chicken and cheese but I'm praying I can see fast results with little gut issues. I'll let you know how it goes and thanks for the pep talk!

Man, I really needed to hear this right now!!! My husband and I both got really sick about the middle of November (we had to cancel Thanksgiving). My husband was off work for a week, but I continued to be sick for nearly a month. Even Christmas was beginning to look like it was going to have to be cancelled, too. But, I made it happen anyway, even though I still didn't feel great. So, it totally got me off track. Grrrrr!!! I have regained 6 pounds and I had only lost about 17 lbs altogether since MAY 2022 (because of insulin resistance and my age). And that was doing 20, or less, carbs per day! So, regaining 6 lbs is really discouraging!!! Well, I'm ready to get started again (on Monday - LOL 😂). I've been kind of dreading it. So, you just gave me the shot in the arm I needed. Thank you, girls! You're AWESOME! 💗

An indulgence or two is not the end of the world. Just start right now and get back on track. Fortunately I stayed fairly clean over the holidays so I am feeling good. Just keep going. Keep on trying. Our health will be so much better for staying on this lifestyle. We can do this.

I did gain a few pounds, but similar, I overate the things I could eat. When the hubby is home for a couple of weeks - school is on break - he's a teacher....I have a tendency to eat more because he's in the house and requires more food than I do. He's one of those lucky folks that has a super fast metabolism and really doesn't gain weight. So yesterday his first day back to school and my first day back to work, I made a concerted effort to actually track my carbs back on my Carb Master app, that I still subscribe to. And to eat like I did when I first started Keto. I started re-shedding some of that additional water weight I gained. I did indulge a little over the holiday and had a few - literally a few of the orange cookies that I made that is his grandmother's recipe and no one else in the family makes them. But I did not eat more than 3, because they are too easy to eat. I also had a spoonful of potatoes. BUT other than that....just ate too much of the things I could eat. Back on track because, I certainly feel better eating the KETO lifestyle and also eating OMAD. I am going to experiment this year with trying fasts. I saw and have been researching a fat fast before actually doing a longer term fast with no caloric intake. I can do a 24 hour fast with no eating, but haven't been able to get to that 48 hour or longer mark yet. So I thought I would try a fat fast to transition into a longer no food fast. Great pep talk. Several months off…ish. Thanksgiving, Covid, giving my partner Covid for Christmas … the wheels came off. I lost my taste and smell for exactly ONE day. So I ate any and all contraband I could find. I miss how good I felt on keto. My first keto meal will midday be eggs, bacon, keto toast. My fave! Thanks terrific Twins. You’re the best role models out there. ❤

After over a week of eating whatever I wanted for Christmas then going on a 4-day Caribbean cruise, I gained 9 lbs. But I recognize that much of that was water weight. Realistically I probably only gained 3 lbs. I couldn’t wait to get back on keto because even though I ate delicious desserts and pasta, especially during our cruise, I felt like crap afterwards, my skin was not as clear as it was, and I was not sleeping as well as I did when I was on keto. I’m day 2 of getting back to keto and I’m actually grateful. I’m also excited to work out again.

I'm doing 2 weeks of Keto and then going to cycle to 2 weeks Carnivore. I'm hoping this will trick me into thinking I'm cheating when I'm doing the Keto weeks. Carnivore is when I feel my best, BUT I can't sustain it longer than 2 weeks. It gets too boring. 🤷‍♀️ Good luck to you!!

We all need to get back on track. We don’t think we’ve heard anyone boast about staying strict keto during the holidays. We tried our best. Holidays and life happens. Keto/Low carb is sustainable if you can prepare in advance. We only find it challenging because the lifestyle isn’t as grab and go as the standard American diet. There’s just not a lot of good, clean choices of prepared foods. If you love to cook there’s amazing recipes and flavor combinations that we couldn’t imagine being bored or even think it’s an unsustainable lifestyle. You girls make easy and such flavorful quick meals. Love your chaffles! Happy New Year! Starting over! Love your videos.

This is me. One habit at a time, usually per week, is my route to success. Yesterday was my clean-out day and day one of success. My goal is sustainability, long-term. I'm fortunate in that I love to exercise. This goes a long way to feeling great. Luck to everyone here! It's good to know that I have company. Thanks for the inspiration.

I have heard “ aren’t you losing it too fast?”, “ why do you eat eggs every day”. ( not that I do…..) but I do eat a lot of eggs, “why this, why that…….” all from one person a very close relative to me……. It is annoying and hurts somewhat too. I truly did not get off during the holidays, but we did not travel or decorate or really do much of anything except go to church. I made keto lasagna for me and regular for husband and grown son. But we had no desserts or anything like that because they both had to work all through the holidays because of the freezing weather, therefore frozen pipes and they run a restoration company. So I just tried to exercise every day, a little , and watch documentaries. Lol

I confess I have eaten a handful of chocolate chips! Not too bad of a divergence from keto, but it still gave me a headache and made my stomach uneasy after I ate it. My next keto meal will be a turkey taco bowl!

You are right, the reason i come back on track because of the good feeling IF keto gave me, during holidays, i felt bloated, my clothes were tight even on 4 days of vacation, n i felt i have nothing on craving.

I decided before Christmas that I wasn't going to count calories and allow myself to eat a bit more than 20 net carbs and drink alcohol but I wasn't out of ketosis and I lost 1 kg so it's a win. It wasn't difficult at all as I made keto gingerbread biscuits, keto cheese cake, keto chocolate peanut butter and nuts clusters, seeded crackers, red fruits chia jam and even tried to make some keto bread (fail, there is NO bread recipe that can compare your keto twins chaffle 💖) so I didn't have any problem seeing everyone eating high carbs stuff and I felt great. After Christmas, now, I feel powerful, and I did what you said in one of your videos, I was committed to myself until Christmas, and after it, renovated a contract with myself until Easter this time. Thank you, you do not know how many times your advices comes to my mind and I kinda hear your voices empowering me. Thank you 💖

My New years Eve farewell to 2022 was a Java Chip Frappuccino. (currently looking at a low carb option with 6 carbs vs the Starbucks one I consumed with 65 carbs) Next Keto meal is Fathead dough pizza my family loved it when I made it and did not mention it was keto. Plan to secretly slip Keto meals into my evening family meals and tell no one. (insert sinister laugh) I only gained 2 pounds over Christmas break, so it is now time to get back on track. I do that every summer! Knowing I could have, should have, done something last November, last January, last March, so I wouldn’t feel so horrible about going to the pool in June!! I am only 7 weeks in, but boy do I feel good about it and your video is so on point. I discovered that my electrolytes are 11 carbs, my CBD gummies for sleep are 8. I still lost weight even with those daily mistakes. Key is NOT to throw in the towel. Plus, the food is pretty delicious on Keto. My OMAD meal today will be a burger patty with cheese and Indigo Nili’s protein butter bun. (I quartered the recipe so I will only get 2 buns instead of 8, since I’m the only person on Keto in my house) That will probably be enough but I also have some roasted radishes if I want.

Frustrated...went off Keto... Husband was sick and I fixed him anything he wanted and oh and I ate the meal items, too. He got to feeling better but in 3 months I gained 30lbs. ARGH!!! Starting back on Keto. I felt so good and now I feel like cr....! Looking forward to feeling better! 🙋

Back on Keto for 2 weeks now. Its always so hard to start keto. But I got to keep telling myself that I already had my fair share of sugar and it's time to get it together. In 2018 I lost 55 lbs on keto and regained 40 pounds in 1 year off keto and not going to the gym in 2020. And then went back and forth on and off keto and regained another 40 pounds since then. I have a new perspective on weight loss. Before it was for looks and now it's for health with pre diabetes staring down on me.

What did I eat ? Mince pies, roast potatoes, milk chocolate, twiglets and a whole packet of Bakewell tarts, I gained 5lbs ...before I would have given up and once again put on 4 stone.. not this time, that was just a little holiday... no self reproach, just a day of eating Keto, each day.. thank you ladies, you keep me inspired and entertained x

October/November i really worked extra hard to shift weight, i was doing multi day fasts and felt great. But then we had that really cold weather and i was absolutely frozen, i just couldnt get warm. So i took Christmas off ( last year i had 4 days of carbs - this year it was nearer 3 weeks) BUT i really enjoyed it, and as soon as the last mince pie was eaten i got back on track. I Wont fast (yes to TRE) until the weather warms up. Yes i’ve put on most of what i got off in October /November but i’m still okay BMI and the point is I have started eating what i now regard as ‘properly and i will take that Christmas weight back off in no time Well done ladies for the positivive messages - we do ourselves no favours when we tell ourselves we will start again on Monday x

I’m an emotional eater! Been off since May and gained 20 some pounds back. Clothes don’t fit. I had to buy a size up. Heaviest I’ve ever been. I started back Jan 1 with keto/carnivore. The emotional issues are still there and won’t ever go away but I need to get healthier again

Great video. I was off for about two weeks totally and two weeks occasionally. I gained 8 pounds but not worried because 50-60% is water( I hope.) I love you both. Today I had two scrambled eggs with a bit of ground beef and a slice of cheese. I also had one hot dog with mustard. Dinner...will likely be some form of ground beef. I also boiled 6 eggs. Hubby will have tuna for lunch and Pernil for dinner (left over from New Years...Puerto Rican Roast pork; very seasoned BUT totally Keto.) I'M BACK BABY.

As many have said, the trick to sticking with ANYthing is: don't just throw it all away because you went against it once. Treat each time you went against it as a treat. A treat is a special thing, not a way of life. Just because you had a treat today doesn't mean you threw everything down the drain. At holiday time (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter), my family has one special meal. Just because I want some stuffing and mashed potatoes and pie or sugar cookies doesn't mean I have to go off Keto for breakfast and lunch also. I don't "give up" Keto just to have that one meal. But even if your tradition is an entire day of eating or even an entire weekend of eating, look at that period as A Treat. You don't only eat treats all day every day. When you're done with your treat, you eat your regular food. Good luck and Happy New Year!

Went off keto in December, after being back on it for about a year...17 pounds back on..Eeek! It's not the weight (or number on the scale) at this point...it's the way I FEEL! Yep, I enjoyed the croissants, candy, rice & beans! Like, a LOT! Especially the rice & beans! 😆 But those aches and pains been creepin back up on me, my glow has dimmed a bit, not sleeping as well, etc...generally I'll fast a couple days and get back on that wagon! Ready to feel better again!!! Thanks for giving me a place to release it out into the ether (P.S.: Just finished a chocolate shake! Lol Not sorry 😁 )

I lost 30 lbs on keto but just had a surgery 1 week ago so I'm up 5-6 lbs my pre-surgery weight. I'm eating more food in an 8 hr window to aid in healing but now I'm considering going back to my 4 hr window to get back. 😢

I made a conscious decision to not be strictly keto over the holidays. My problem is not overeating but having Hashimoto’s that is not stabilized currently. Fortunately, I didn’t have an issue getting back to my normal ketovore eating habits. I’m with you, you shouldn’t beat yourself up for stopping. The important thing is to get back to it!

I feel so much better about going off Keto from Thanksgiving until a few days ago. I felt so guilty and sick! I always feel terrible when I eat unhealthily. Not gonna lie...the food was delish but I need to be healthy. I hate feeling this bad!

It happened on Christmas but I've been back on track for 2 days now and woke up dehydrated and excited to be back in ketosis! From Nov 13 to Dec 29 I gained 20 lbs off my ketovore diet. Terrible. I’m 63 and gain weight so easily. I’m inactive also. Everyone is different but I’m so discouraged. But….back on track and after 4 days feel so much better already!!!

Yep! went wayyy off . after losing 115 lbs on keto I know I have to get back on track , chaffle roast beef sandwich today , i feel better already . baked some “ oatmeal “ i’ve been craving , All day I dream about food “ recipe is the best !! I had no Almond flour but have almonds , I grind a little and used it , turned out great ! do you ever make your own almond flour ?

Thank you for the pep talk! I had done so well for so long, feeling great emotionally and physically until I began the slide at the beginning of the holidays. Before I knew it I had gained 15 pounds by New Year's. It's been difficult to get fully back on track. Today is a football playoffs party. I'm determined to not start seriously on Monday but right now.

We didn't cheat, we stuck with it, keto food and keto desserts--(my arthritis flares up & back nerve pain comes back if I have sugar and bad seed oils). I learned my lesson from cheating with *1* kolache on my birthday in September, a month of hurting is a big nope for me!

Thank you for this video! I just got back from a 3-week stay in Japan and I went off the wagon-big time. Worse though is that when I came home I kept up the carb binge, always saying “I’ll start Monday.” Well some new clothes I’d bought before my trip don’t fit me now. I finally got angry enough at myself and I’m back on keto. I hope I lose all the pounds I’ve put back on. Your videos are so encouraging-thank you again! ❤

You ladies are so right. My sister and her two teenage children recently relocated from America to Ghana where I live, and they stayed with me for about two months AUG/SEPT 2022. We indulged in all our childhood meals whiles catching up. Next thing I know I was eating carbs again!! Tho in Africa carbs are whole foods like yam, plantains, corn etc not cookies and chips (thank God). Mom came to visit for the holidays etc etc etc... Now I'm coming back on strict keto. I knew I'll find inspiration here!!!LOOOL. I started with making chaffles again and bam it kicked me back to keto. Now I've revisited all your recipes and back on track. Thank you!!!

I don’t do full keto but am keeping pretty low carb. I’ve lost 11 pounds. If I really want something like grits I’ll just have a small bit and enjoy it. Then careful rest of the day. ♥️

Great advice! I went off keto during the holidays. I'm the only one in my family on this eating strategy in a family of fabulous cooks. Holidays are for group feasts! Now I'm back on carnivore/keto and l feel so much better. Energy and sleep are back and the belly bloat is almost gone. Keto is magic for me!

We had a low carb Christmas and New Years although I did plan to eat 3 shortbread cookies, the first sweet food item I have had since I started Keto in September. Right back on track the next day. I have lost 35 pounds as of today and I want to continue losing. I don't even make Keto dessert recipes, haha that would be a slippery slope for me. I used to have a major sweet tooth and that has disappeared now. I can get my food fix by watching others make and eat Keto desserts. I'll stick with my berries and whipped cream. Thanks for the videos
