I am a 75 year old woman with lipedema. My legs have always been swollen, and I have been doing lymphatic massage for 6 years when I was finally diagnosed. This massage especially for the knees is GREAT. I have been having more and more pain around my knees and this massage is wonderful. Thank you for all of your videos! You are a treasure!

Lymphedema and lip edema are two distinct diagnoses, although older women who have lip edema may develop lymphedema as well. Lip edema is virtually always a disorder occurring in women, so I invite you to look into it further and become one of the men who understand it, since it can be very debilitating.

The editor function turned this into "lip edema.". Lipedema has nothing to do with the lips. It usually involves the lower body, although some women also have upper arm involvement.

OMG i sit for 12 hrs on a office with limited walking time. I felt today knee pain i did this and felt like o was walking on air afterwards. Definitely gonna try to do this more often. All of imi's exercises are awesome im grateful for her sharing. Honna spread the word on this one to coworkers and family.

Just did it for the first time, I can't tell if it does change the look of your knees within time, however I can say this: your legs instantly feels lighter, amazing!

As someone that also drives a lot, I recommend adding foot exercises to this. I do the video to wake up feet over on The Franklin Method embodiment and imagery channel daily and also do short ballerina feet routines regularly.

After suffering from knee pain from arthritis for quite awhile, I have tried a lot of things and when I tried your instructions in this YT video I got results quickly. I am amazed, the pain is not gone completely but has subsided a lot in the last week. Thank you and I can only say that "when the student is ready the teacher appears." Bad knees. My doctor scheduled me for surgery twice and I decided to cancel. I want my knees to feel better but I heard about this. I have arthritis and I am 72 and basically healthy for my age. I’d like to enjoy my life again. I’ve had 2 hip replacement so my hips feel fine now. But I want to take walks with my daughter and pup. I’m going to put my best foot forward in the morning. It’s 11:25pm. So here I go!😊😊😊

Wow. Great video! I am basically a thin/ moderate size but always had problems with cellulite on my upper knee area and thighs, even when I had a personal trainer. Now realize I should do these exercises everyday since my body collects waste naturally in knee area and above.

I am currently 42 years old. I started trying to switch my health issues around about 10 years ago. It takes time to unravel the mess. I appreciate the knowledge about the solidify byproducts being the reason for tenderness. I had always wondered about that. I know that when there is a byproduct that the body can't digest, it will sometimes envelope the byproduct within a fat cell in order to protect the body from it.

Wow. I just these exercises fir the first time, and found it very tender behind my knees. I have developed fat/fluid buildup on my knees, very ugly and restricts movement ive started walking again very day and have already lost a lot if that fluid build up. I will continue with these easy exercises. Thank you so much

Dear Imi, Huuuuuuge Godbless from India! I was at a destination wedding & hurt my knee jumping into the pool Monday morning - the pain was so bad, I almost didn't attend the reception that evening. This massage helped so much, that today Thursday morning; only 10% of the stiffness remains. It's really miraculous

9/12/24: This truly blew my mind; didn't think it would work. Yet I see a significant fat loss and/or swelling went down around my arthritic knee that I've had since injuring my knee in high school. Thank you~ 9/19 update: .doing these every morning and I'm able to even walk better w/out the limp and pain has decreased and/or some days totally gone.

Liebe Imi, ich habe gestern zum ersten Mal diese Übungen gemacht. Ich hatte immer Schmerzen in beiden Knien. Schon gestern Abend habe ich beim Treppensteigen fast keine Schmerzen mehr gehabt. Heute habe ichvgleichvqiede4 dieselben Übungen gemacht. Sie tun mir gut und ich hoffe, dass ich dadurch wieder fit werde in den Beinen und im Knie.
