Sir. Fasting most of days in 20:4 and less and also walking for 45 minutes daily helped me to normalise my blood sugar, blood pressure, Liver function test and many other test with out having any medicines. I am also a TBI recovered person. I suffered TBI through motorcycle accident on February 2020. I still have vision issues after my TBI. Thanks doctor for your information about fasting.

I had this for the first time on 2020 and reduced 10 kgs from 81 to 71. (10 weeks) Then on this year too and reduced around 5 kgs from 78 to 73. Againg planning to start on next month.

I practiced intermittent fasting for 2 months, coz I was having body pain. My body weight is 58 kg, ht159 cm age 67. The pain subsided, felt more energetic, but lost 3kg.Actually I didn't like weight loss. Now include more green gram in the diet to compensate for weight loss. I am a vegetarian.
I started IF only one week before.. I am 56 year old lady with belly fat.. And bp , sugar, cholesterol.. Every thing at bottom border... I want to keep it more down.. To kerp me safe

Last four weeks,I am following IF (08.00pm to 12.00pm). Before my fasting sugar level was 200+ with 2 dose of medicine(morning &night). Now it comes down to 150 to 160 range with 1 dose of medicine (night only) and my weight also reduced little bits (note - I am not overweighted). So please advise how can I continue IF without weight loss.

ഞാൻ 7.30നു ഡിന്നർ കഴിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിറ്റേദിവസം രാവിലെ 9മണിക്കും 9.30കും ഇടക്ക് ആണ് ബ്രേക്ഫാസ്റ് കഴിക്കുന്നത് ഇങ്ങനെ കഴിച്ചാൽ എന്തെകിലും ദോഷവശങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടോ ഉണ്ടെകിൽ കാരണങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു തരുമെന്ന് കരുതുന്നു ഇതിന്റെ ഗുണ വശങ്ങളും പറഞ്ഞു തന്നാൽ നല്ലതായിരുന്നു

ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്നതു 4.00 PM കഴിചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 5.30 pM to 6.40 pm 3KM walk 2 km jogging next day 8.00 AM നു BF കഴിക്കുന്നത് ..during the fasting used to drink water എന്റെ aim reduce around waist .. നല്ലതാണൊ റിസൾട്ട് കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടൊ

ഉറപ്പായിട്ടും കിട്ടും 👍 16 മണിക്കൂർ ഫാസ്റ്റിംഗ് + exercise ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നല്ല റിസൾട്ട് ആണ്. ഭക്ഷണത്തിൽ മധുരവും എണ്ണയും കൂടെ കുറച്ചാൽ ഡബിൾ എഫെക്റ്റ് ആണ്.

yes, exercise cheyan minimum 90 mins after food kayinam... so start at 6 pm or make it in the morning
