Just inside the entry is a large empty area, and at the far end near the dining room there's a huge space that seems to have no function. Was there furniture that was repossessed for non-payment? ;-). I doubt that anyone wants windowed doors to their bedroom. The secondary bath has a strange jog to fit the bathtub. This would add thousands to the cost of building, and it's quite unnecessary.

This 2555 sq ft home excited me initially! Love the covered patio in the front and the partially covered patio in the rear! It has a grand entry into the LR which I like. Unfortunately, the kitchen is isolated from the LR but I’m wondering if a kitchen redesign taking down part of the wall in the kitchen (stove side) and losing those upper cabinets might make it open to guests with some bar stools. This change would put the dining area in the large unused space with a small breakfast able in the kitchen? 🤔 Master suite is very nice and the other 2 bedrooms are nice too and on the other side of the home. There appears to be a laundry room off the kitchen, but it’s not shown on the video, a wasted opportunity unless the goal is to sell decor. On 2nd thought, I’m not much interested in redesigning a home which means paying for new blueprints when there are so many homes that are smaller and give me all this home really offers.

Nice plan but it falls short in several areas. Seems to be a lot of wasted space from the entry and leading into the kitchen. Some of the furniture placement seems odd to me. If you have glass panels on doors that lead to “private” spaces then why have doors at all? Back to the drafting table on this one. Did I miss the laundry room on this one? And if that is a dishwasher next to the double wall oven then Lord help us transferring dishes from the sink. Yeah, back to the drafting room.

The furniture is wrong for this house. The dishwasher belongs by the sink, not across the room.A large island would make the kitchen more functional. Extend the roof over the front door Toomuch wasred space
