I am 56 now last 26 years i am a diabetic and with insulins resistant . use to take 2 pills and 160 unit's a day. Now i start LCHF and stope taking any more medicine. Now i am happy, thank you TINA😇😇

This is exactly opposite to what we are usually told. That is not to eat fat. I have heard this for the first time . I will check your website. Thanks for this knowledge.

Great advice there. I went through the website and would say that anyone who follows the ordinary 3 meal diet will have an instant heart attack on seeing the list of food items suggested in LCHF diet. However, I have been practicing it for the last 4 years and have only one meal a day. There is significant change in my physique after cutting out sugar and sugar containing food and drinks completely from my diet. I also started to exclude rice and wheat bread from my meals. Maintained my weight between 70 -73 kgs throughout. I go to the gym regularly and now can see a six pack emerging on my abs (four pack as of now :)). This diet works. I would eat a whole chicken and boiled veggies over a plate of rice and gravy any day.

Please specify that the fat you are talking about are the good fats, or else people will start binging on fries and expect to get lean.

This is essentially a South Indian version of the ATKINS DIET. Extremely low carb, high fat. It will work short term but is dangerous to health. I am so against killing innocent animals for food; NO need for that. We can consume genuine whole grains in calculated amounts like brown rice or quinoa, but mainly dhals and beans of all kinds for protein. Nuts and seeds provide good fat; animal fat is unhealthy. Lots of vegetables, and just 2 servings of fruit a day. The Mediterranean diet is the world's best. A variation I follow has no fish, no red wine. Otherwise entirely a mediterranean diet. The big University hospitals and health organizations in America have all adopted this diet. What is ruining the health of South Indians is all the PROCESSED CARBOHYDRATES, including white rice, idli, dosai etc. And sugar, cereals etc etc. These are very different from genuine whole grains, and legumes (beans and dhals). Look at America, consuming massive amounts of red meat, and has become a horribly unhealthy country. Naan solluthai kelungo, please! I am a graduate of the Christian Medical College in Tamil Nadu and am an Internal Medicine specialist.

Tina, I would really appreciate if you reply to my query.No matter how true your story is but doesn't go with the basic common sense.We have been eating rice and wheat for so long and people did lead a obesity free healthy life.There is no /very less obesity amongst rice eating southern states and poorer states of Orissa, West Bengal, UP, Bihar etc especially in the poorer people.You are telling people to eat meat/fat. . .Three continuous days of meat eating leads to bloating and constipation.Can we sustain a meat only diet? The hypothesis comes from the west.

Hi Mam, i have seen all your Videos my only Question is my friend having Diabetes so i recommended him to eat Low Carb High Fat diet befor he start the diet i found he has high BP and HIGH Cholestrol too so what diet pattern i can help him to follow...pls help

This is ketogenic diet. This is really good. But how can vegetarian get fat in his food. It'll be frustrating to eat panner butter and avacado all day. How can we solve that?

Mam how are you I am Raji my age is 42but my weight is before 93.5kg but I want reduce my weight so I planned and follow diet and walking nearly 5month Lchf diet but everyday mrng I take butter tea and 11 o clock butter milk but my weight gradually reduced and it stop now 84kg but nowadays my weight is not reduce and I am intermittent fasting 16 hrs were I made wrong pls explain man I want reduce my weight plz help me thank you

I have some doubts regarding high fat diet. one is, isn't there a chance of heart arteries blockade resulting bypass surgery or heart stroke with high fat diet?this is what i have heard all my life. now this hight fat diet plan? seems confusing.please reply
