I am a newly diagnosed diabetic and am working on turning this ship around. After 2 knee replacements and 2 foot surgeries I had slowly slid down the slope of couch potato status. I read that a 10 minute walk after eating helps lower blood sugar and found this video. I am happy I was able to keep up and found myself doing side steps as Caroline talked at the end of the video. Hi Caroline, i want to sincerely thank you for making digestion walk videos that actually helped me with my metabolism. Since i started to do your previous digestion walk video, all of my family and friends started to tell me that i look fitter and slimmer, it helped me so much with weight loss and every time i do it i feel so energetic! Hello Caroline, I am from India. Thank you so much for this video. I am 72 and on medication to lower my blood sugar. On the lowest dose. I brought the level to normal and I intend to keep it that way. These walks always are.encouraging and helpful. You are a great person and a talented fitness coach. I wish I could say I made so much progress so many inchess off so many pounds, that has not happened for me. I hold onto hope. Its extra hurtful when you try to be a good example to your chilen and you cannot achieve your goals and the other parent neglects their own health and fears his partner being skinny and keeps her fat on purpose and never encourages her and sticks his butt out and belly when I exercise to ridicuke me.
