This is my first additional ten after doing 2 low impACT walking. I am doing great not perfect but I did 40 minutes all together.....Pretty good for 90?

@@fabulous50s I have been doing these for over a month and did begin to benefit in many ways however I had to stop everything last week because of the extreme shoulder pain. I think it has to do with holding my core in. Have you experienced this? What would you suggest?

Is it just me or is this the singularly best 10 minutes to be spent?! I just did it and must report, this enabled me to go a long way toward overcoming a day filled with really crazy work(I’m in the U.S.. nuff said here!) This workout has special pep to it, 💐Thank you to Schellea❤️

I agree with that. I have tried several of the low impact exercises as I was new to it and repeated several. Can't believe I missed this one! It is just right to burn calories in a short time and you can do it to the end! Thanks Schellea😍

I think this music is absolutely perfect for this 10 minute "LOW" impact workout. Especially for our age. It's so soothing to the soul. It reminds me and helps me..not to get lost in this crazy, fast pace, and busy life. You are absolutely gorgeous. You are my exercise rock!!!! I'm 66 and Keto (more for health than weight loss -though I've lost 16 pounds over the past year). This is my everyday along with your 5 min beginers stretch, back fat & toned arms among others. I started with you Jan 6th. Not losing inches yet but not discouraged. My abs haven't shrunk but they are rock hard. You CAN teach an "older" dog new tricks!!!!! Chris

To stretch my stiff fingers and wrists I use an open hand instead of a fist during boxing punching. I include wrist flexing while walking etc.. You are the best woman! Thanks so much for an excellent alternative to going to a gym! Stay united.

At the beginning of lock 🔐 down I started to do arm excercises five minutes I know that walking is a good excercises to do but I’m too lazy to go outside and walk my stomach needs to get a work out 🏋️♀️ too I have been doing this work out for two weeks now I like it because it combines walking and abs work out together I also like 👍 the fact that shella gives modified version of some excercises

👍Thumbs uuuup!First chance today to get a workout in, though I prefer starting earlier when possible.THIS favorite 10 minutes was so doable, maybe best for me is what was most challenging, those cross- knee pulls? around 7:25. Schellea, I don't think you will see my comment but maybe some viewers will. The program is good, as always. However, , it is not for everyone: some physiotherapists warn patients suffering from osteoporosis not to do bending moves, sideways or straight forward.

That's the first time I've done this set of exercises. Thought it was really good and definitely felt my abs working but it was great to get my whole body moving. Think I will do this before my leg exercises tomorrow to get my joints loosened up. I'm 61.
