This is my first additional ten after doing 2 low impACT walking. I am doing great not perfect but I did 40 minutes all together.....Pretty good for 90?

@@fabulous50s I have been doing these for over a month and did begin to benefit in many ways however I had to stop everything last week because of the extreme shoulder pain. I think it has to do with holding my core in. Have you experienced this? What would you suggest?

Hello. Love ALL ur videos but unfortunately i cannot do many of them as i have fallen arches n my feet hurt a lot. But seeing u happy n smiling like this encourage me to do some of these exercises. Thanks again

Is it just me or is this the singularly best 10 minutes to be spent?! I just did it and must report, this enabled me to go a long way toward overcoming a day filled with really crazy work(I’m in the U.S.. nuff said here!) This workout has special pep to it, 💐Thank you to Schellea❤️

I agree with that. I have tried several of the low impact exercises as I was new to it and repeated several. Can't believe I missed this one! It is just right to burn calories in a short time and you can do it to the end! Thanks Schellea😍

I think this music is absolutely perfect for this 10 minute "LOW" impact workout. Especially for our age. It's so soothing to the soul. It reminds me and helps me..not to get lost in this crazy, fast pace, and busy life. You are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of fitness and encouraging others to love themselves as well as to love life. God Bless you... Life is simply amazing and our bodies are as well. 🧡

You are my exercise rock!!!! I'm 66 and Keto (more for health than weight loss -though I've lost 16 pounds over the past year). This is my everyday along with your 5 min beginers stretch, back fat & toned arms among others. I started with you Jan 6th. Not losing inches yet but not discouraged. My abs haven't shrunk but they are rock hard. You CAN teach an "older" dog new tricks!!!!! Chris

I have to thank you, im from german so sorry for bad englisch 😅 I found your workout because i do want to loose weight, but becouse of my hurting back i cant do hard workouts and im just 26 just now, but you exercises ferl great, it feels easyan that i can really loose weight if i do this an a few others daily from now on, thank you so much my dear! To stretch my stiff fingers and wrists I use an open hand instead of a fist during boxing punching. I include wrist flexing while walking etc.. You are the best woman! Thanks so much for an excellent alternative to going to a gym! Stay united.

This ist ,after trying many workouts , still my favourite workout. I combine it with others of yours. Finally I have a Playlist with some of my favourites. It is fun,even though I am very overweight, I am able to do them. 👏👏👏 Nice Greetings from Germany

At the beginning of lock 🔐 down I started to do arm excercises five minutes I know that walking is a good excercises to do but I’m too lazy to go outside and walk my stomach needs to get a work out 🏋️‍♀️ too I have been doing this work out for two weeks now I like it because it combines walking and abs work out together I also like 👍 the fact that shella gives modified version of some excercises

I love this! Living in upstate NY, we literally only have a month of summer, at which time I run every other day (because it's over 60!)...but then I need to find something...and this is perfect! I will commit to do this every other day when the yuck moves in. Hugs my beauty!!!!

👍Thumbs uuuup!First chance today to get a workout in, though I prefer starting earlier when possible.THIS favorite 10 minutes was so doable, maybe best for me is what was most challenging, those cross- knee pulls? around 7:25. Schellea, I don't think you will see my comment but maybe some viewers will. The program is good, as always. However, , it is not for everyone: some physiotherapists warn patients suffering from osteoporosis not to do bending moves, sideways or straight forward.

❤I should not be surprised:Though my energy was starting to wane, I did this and- 🎉energy came back! One more thing,I can’t find exactly now, but somewhere in there was some Schellea wisdom to “plan to do something for yourself today”. -Done that hours ago, both 5 minute warmup workouts.-which now I won’t be happy ‘ til I get back there with proper thank you comments.❤

That's the first time I've done this set of exercises. Thought it was really good and definitely felt my abs working but it was great to get my whole body moving. Think I will do this before my leg exercises tomorrow to get my joints loosened up. I'm 61.

Your exercises are tht best in 50 Amy's haven't worked out for over two years I mean no excercize at all I can actually keep up with your videos now that's what I been looking for videos line yours! I have sciatica will your ab exercises help some with the pain?

I've been using Fabulous 50s workouts for a year now and somehow missed this one! I love it! I do wish it had a timer countdown for the 10 minutes, but it is still great!

Really appreciate your videos. Would love more clarity about when to breathe and also cues when you are switching from the exercise back to walking because if we are moving quickly we have to stop and check timer. You have a tremendous spirit and smile and I really am grateful for that.

These are great however I have not found any I info on what to do with a pulled muscle? I have tried stopping altogether then the rest of the body suffers????🤷🏽‍♀️
