@@fabulous50s I have been doing these for over a month and did begin to benefit in many ways however I had to stop everything last week because of the extreme shoulder pain. I think it has to do with holding my core in. Have you experienced this? What would you suggest?

Is it just me or is this the singularly best 10 minutes to be spent?! I just did it and must report, this enabled me to go a long way toward overcoming a day filled with really crazy work(I’m in the U.S.. nuff said here!) This workout has special pep to it, 💐Thank you to Schellea❤️

I agree with that. I have tried several of the low impact exercises as I was new to it and repeated several. Can't believe I missed this one! It is just right to burn calories in a short time and you can do it to the end! Thanks Schellea😍

You are my exercise rock!!!! I'm 66 and Keto (more for health than weight loss -though I've lost 16 pounds over the past year). This is my everyday along with your 5 min beginers stretch, back fat & toned arms among others. I started with you Jan 6th. Not losing inches yet but not discouraged. My abs haven't shrunk but they are rock hard. You CAN teach an "older" dog new tricks!!!!! Chris

To stretch my stiff fingers and wrists I use an open hand instead of a fist during boxing punching. I include wrist flexing while walking etc.. You are the best woman! Thanks so much for an excellent alternative to going to a gym! Stay united.

shellea, i have made a playlist of several of your short workouts strung together. they are perfect for women our age, and get me going in the morning...stretched, a little bit more toned, and ready to tackle whatever comes my way! thank you, lovely lady. your energy is infectious and i am so grateful for you. ☺♥

I've been using Fabulous 50s workouts for a year now and somehow missed this one! I love it! I do wish it had a timer countdown for the 10 minutes, but it is still great!

I think this music is absolutely perfect for this 10 minute "LOW" impact workout. Especially for our age. It's so soothing to the soul. It reminds me and helps me..not to get lost in this crazy, fast pace, and busy life. You are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of fitness and encouraging others to love themselves as well as to love life. God Bless you... Life is simply amazing and our bodies are as well. 🧡

That's the first time I've done this set of exercises. Thought it was really good and definitely felt my abs working but it was great to get my whole body moving. Think I will do this before my leg exercises tomorrow to get my joints loosened up. I'm 61.

I have to thank you, im from german so sorry for bad englisch 😅 I found your workout because i do want to loose weight, but becouse of my hurting back i cant do hard workouts and im just 26 just now, but you exercises ferl great, it feels easyan that i can really loose weight if i do this an a few others daily from now on, thank you so much my dear! ❤I should not be surprised:Though my energy was starting to wane, I did this and- 🎉energy came back! One more thing,I can’t find exactly now, but somewhere in there was some Schellea wisdom to “plan to do something for yourself today”. -Done that hours ago, both 5 minute warmup workouts.-which now I won’t be happy ‘ til I get back there with proper thank you comments.❤

Great work out! I moved from California to Wisconsin 5 yrs ago after my 50th Birthday and due to my new husband being a Fabulous cook, change of climate age and general being in Love and well...lazy...quit smoking I’ve gained almost 20 lbs😬. This work out is perfect to get back into the groove ... Thank You!!!!!

At the beginning of lock 🔐 down I started to do arm excercises five minutes I know that walking is a good excercises to do but I’m too lazy to go outside and walk my stomach needs to get a work out 🏋️‍♀️ too I have been doing this work out for two weeks now I like it because it combines walking and abs work out together I also like 👍 the fact that shella gives modified version of some excercises

I have been doing the Leslie Sansone workouts for many years and this reminds me of those with some new things added. I like that it's all standing and I don't have to get down on the floor. I love it and will give it a try! Thanks! I would just add a slower few minutes of cool-down at the end followed by some stretches.

Really appreciate your videos. Would love more clarity about when to breathe and also cues when you are switching from the exercise back to walking because if we are moving quickly we have to stop and check timer. You have a tremendous spirit and smile and I really am grateful for that.

I love this one, I think it's 1 of the first I found here. I had to "run" out on an errand, so felt pretty annoyed I had to stop this before done. Well, just decided, rather than go to another- yet-, I'm re-winding to do this same workout again! Extra wooo, I had forgotten that this one gets really good abs/ core work in, though one could reasonably assume I'd get that from from the vid title. I think I thought of this as a walking one, which it is too. Either way: 🙏🙏Thanks, Schellea🙏🙏🙏🙏

Just completed my morning walk in 36° heat 🥵🥵 I tried a new route which was longer 🙄 6km.... I needed to complete my last day of 3wk maintenance so I jumped in! I enjoyed the workout and feeling proud of my achievements 💪🏽 60yr. 🥳😁

👍Thumbs way up! This was my 2nd one today.The torso rotations about half way into this workout serve me as almost a midway rest, yet I do feel it in my abs & most-in-need, my side-abs/"obliques".👍👍👍Thank you, Schellea!👍👍👍

Shelly you inspire me was finding it hard to know what to do I made it 15 minute challenge 14 day wrk out 2 back stretches and standing abs as well and I’ll do slow then build up as are doing 1 hr swimming as well .

That was just amazing. So much fun. I have been working out with you since March. I have lost 7.5klgs together with good eating and your workouts. Thank you for the encouragement. I have added this to my routine. You are great keeping all of us motivated. Thank you Thank you.
