Stragglers. Anyone that's just running around solo and not on their main ball. 1's and 2's is just telling people to look for the odd ones out to slowly break down the larger group.

Wait, what? The first 2.5 minutes scream 70 coordinated players versus a gaggle of headless chickens. And seriously, how brain-dead are games these days if shot callers have to remind healers to use their basic ground-targeted AoE heals?

There's so much going on that it can easily become distracting in its own way. So yes, shot calling and group coordination is constantly needed.
