11:00, excellent tip sir.. I was doing heavy workout from last the 2 months and getting more pain then gain due to muscle stiffness, and if i tried less weight then intensity was decreasing but by your suggestion sir things are going perfect and body is getting less stressed without loss of intensity. By calculating your 1RM, You can choose your intensity. For muscular endurance 60-70% of 1RM, 70-80% FOR hypertrophy & 80-90% for strength.

Hi I am Rohan from Kolkata. It is really a nice video. Such techniques I never learned earlier. As u said for me also, intensity means lifting more weight (had). I shall start to apply such nice technical information in my workout. Kindly make individual workout technique focusing on compound exercises with these information. Hii jeet sir... Sir i have some imp questions which are very imp to kNow me... 1. If somebody is right handed( writes with right hand, does most works with right hand) then he will surely have the less energy in his or her left hand as compared to right hand? 2. If it is so... Then how can we get the balanced energy in both hands while work out.. what should i do.. to gain the left hand strength? Plss sir if u read dis msg... Plss answer dese questions in any of ur video!!

Bro try to start every exercise possible in which you are having weakness. If your left hand is weak then give priority or start exercises from your left hand and then right hand alternate. At the end of the workout you can strengthen your forearms every one day gap in between. Just give this a shot and you will get result.

Now i understand why Mentzer used supersets involving same muscle groups . That was for pre fatigue of the muscle before the main compound lift . He used supersets such as lat pullover - pull down , Pec fly - incline press , leg extension - Squats
