Today I choose it because, I need to work harder my muscles: I leave San Francisco at 1h PM, and it's so important for me to have my body ready to stay 8 hours in plane, I mean, to stay sited such a long time!!! hannah iam a 40 yr old lady from india. I got a body which tend to gain weight easily. Since iam from a middle class family who has a double role of working woman and home maker i try hard everyday to find time for workout.. I used to search you tube channels and do cardiac yoha anything acc.to my mood. 1 week ago i had some health issues and i found ur channel. I thank god for that.But i dont get much sweaty or heart rate increased. So i feel doubt whether i can loose weight? A long paragragh to read. Pls reply

Hi Mona, please it depends highly on various factors. For sure the longer and more intense the workout, then the more calories it will burn. Just make sure to combine Pilates with water, healthy food and sleep for the top results!
