The comments say it all! I really loved this. A great challenge. I decided to do this one instead of a 20 minuter and I was crying 8 mins into it, lol. Wade was my motivation, I was cheering him on which gave me more energy. My hubs would be encouraged seeing someone who can motivate him to keep moving. Love that these guys don't have "I live at the gym" bodies then we can all struggle together and feel like a true team. Angie is amazing, I need to borrow some of her energy! I cringe at the thought of doing this again, but I feel great making it through that with only 2 pauses. Thank you for all you guys do!!

i’ve been doing tbp workouts for a little over two months now and honestly out of all the workout channels i’ve tried to follow this is the one that motivated me the most and gave the best results. i’ve lost a little over 14lbs since starting my journey. i think the most important thing is to make sure to stay consistent with your workouts and practice eating healthy. thank you so much to the tbp team ♡

This is my first HIIT exercise of my life. Been battling against chronic neck pain for 13 years and I've decided that I won't let my pain ruin my life anymore. I am so happy I found these videos! I'm a stay at home mom with NO time for the gym and barely any time for anything other than taking care of the kids and household chores. I've tried a bunch of different online workout videos since quarantine started, and honestly this is the most motivating series I've come across. Alex, your workouts are hard, but you're the optimal combination of challenging and kind for me. I can't stand coaches who try to "motivate" people by yelling at them to go faster. Dan is also awesome - I can really tell he's right there with me! Angie, I echo what everyone's saying about your energy - it's perfect. And Wade . . . I can't say enough good things. Thanks for showing me that I don't need to be a certain size to push myself in my workouts. You're clearly in good shape and live a healthy lifestyle! It was this channel that laid down a foundation for my fitness journey. This exact video is the reason why I started to embark on this fitness journey. From all videos, this one gave hope that I can lose weight as I was a whopping 81 kg. Now, 6 months later, I learned how fat loss works and have been planning my workouts. It's been 2 months of being serious (calorie deficit, exercises, and wellness) with physical fitness. I've lost 6 kg ever since and I didn't think that I could lose that weight if this video and channel didn't pave a way for me to be the better version of myself. These videos have gotten me working out again after 4 years of doing nothing. I’ve been following the videos 5 days a week and counting my calories and I lost 5lbs over the course of this past month. And seeing my fitness increase has been the most rewarding part. In the beginning I could only do the low impact and had to take lots of breaks. Now, I can follow along with Angie for almost the whole workout, only sporadically going back to the low impact when I need to! Thank you so much for the great workouts!

This was SO hard, but I did it!! I finished it! I had to change from high impact to low impact after 10 minutes of the video, but I pushed through it and finished the workout and I'm proud of that. This was my first intermediate workout and I didn't think it would be so much harder than the beginners vídeos, but anyway, I'm keep trying to do this workout until I'm able to follow the high impact way.

Me too, did the beginners first and felt myself getting stronger and my stamina improving so decided I was ready for the next step up......haha WRONG!! Sweating so much its in my eyes and can hardly see, face red as a beetroot, dizzy and gasping ....and that's with pausing and doing some of the low intensity bits cause not even coordinated enough for the faster paced stuff. OMG!! Gonna keep going...as long as I don't actually die midway! Now just have to get to the shower without anyone seeing the state of me...Hahahahaha

Tried my first intermediate level workout. I tried to do the high impact but had to switch to low impact at 10 min mark. At close to 18 min I was gassed out. Will come again tomorrow to do it all. Angie and Wade you are such an inspiration.

Normally, I power through these videos without stopping, even jogging through the marching part. Doing this for the first time wiped me out. I had to press pause several times. Seeing everyone keep relatively in sync was impressive. Nice job Angie and Wade. I don't care how many times you had to pause or if it took you all day- if you finished this workout- you are a ROCKSTAR. Tough, tough, tough. I had many pauses, added 5 or 6 minutes on to the entire thing, but I worked hard, stayed present, and got it DONE.

Thank goodness I found this low impact hi it. I have fractured my lower back twice, bad knees, torn hip labrum and other injuries to include herniated discs in my neck and repaired rotator cuff in my shoulder. The jumping I can’t do. So thx for the low impact version

I've been doing the beginner workout for a while and got to the point, where I was able to do it without any breaks and with decent intensity. I tried this workout today and holy smokes, I got destroyed. I felt like I could keep going breath-wise, but I couldn't move my legs ,and shoulders just stopped responding. The beginner one had some exercises where legs/shoulders could rest, but this one barely has that. It says "intermediate" in the title for a reason folks, so be careful! For now, I'll go back to the beginner workout, I'll just keep raising the intensity. I'll take another shot at this workout once I get better

My first ever workout video was a body project one. I have chronic pain and struggle with fatigue and it took me a few attempts to even finish the video. It's a few months on and I can finish the videos, I'm also not completely exhausted and my pain isn't unbearable. My fitness levels have improved so so much and I've lost 52lbs so far. Thank you so much for making these videos and being part of my weight loss journey. X

Just wanted to let anyone who sees this know, this shit works. I’ve been working out using Body Project videos for 3 months. I started at around 240 pounds, and I’m now in my 180s. I never thought I’d be under 200 again.

M R I live on mainly raw vegetables and fruits to be honest. Salmon and chicken as well for protein. Sometimes I’ll eat crackers or cereal. I have a cheat day once a week so I don’t go insane. I also take vitamins/supplements.

I told myself some time ago that there would come a time where I could follow Angie and Alex the entire video without having to follow Wade at all, today was that time, today I did the entire workout with high intensity, I hadn't worked out with this video in some time, I used some other more intense workouts and now I'm fitter, thank you for everything Body Project.

I am new to this guy I love how he doesn’t talk about everything not related to exercise. I love how every move it timed which makes it a lot easier for me.
