I began yoga at home because I needed a way out of my depression. It is because of you that I am feeling more balanced in mind body and soul. I look forward to my mornings differently now. I was so stressed and depressed the last month from work, studies and family problems, I had no time to do yoga. Today, I made time for yoga and did this beautiful practice. I started crying from the first 5 seconds until the end and felt a huge relief as if I threw away all the accumulated stress in just 21 minutes... I'm feeling pretty bummed out this morning because of the neverending quarantine and other stuff. After doing this I'm feeling better, not great cause I couldn't do the headstand even though I can do it, because I felt like my neighbors were staring at me lol. I'm doing this again in a while and I'm sure I'll feel even better. This video is two years old but it's great, I have no words big enough to thank you for making yoga available to everyone and for your beautiful and soothing words. Edit: did it again in the late afternoon, as predicted I'm feeling much better! This time I could do the headstand. I'm feeling grateful for my body and this lesson. Thank you again!

Thank you so much for this video! I was in a really bad place mentally when I decided to do some yoga to get reenergized. I literally started to cry during this video . I thought that I just couldn’t do it and wanted to stop and just cry but I said no you’re doing this now and I pushed through and I’m feeling way better thank you❤️ to everyone: your mind gives up way before your heart so continue what ever it is you’re doing! Thank you so much for the flowing, peaceful challenge here. It is really changing and deepening my yoga practice in ways I never knew. Today I was strong enough to headstand with my legs circling out and then up. I've never done it like that in my entire life. Until now. I felt myself start to fall, and mentally struggle... then I whispered 'trust yourself'. And it happened. I'll never forget this valuable lesson in life.

So amazing! I believe it! Yoga has completely changed my metabolism! I'm 30 and have a faster metabolism than I did as a teen and in my early 20s. And it helps with depression! Great work!

This was just perfect. I was really stressed out today by having too many things on my plate, but doing yoga is the only time in the day where I don't feel like I should be doing something else. Those more advanced and strength poses really takes your mind of everything else than your body, the movement, the muscle and the mind relaxes. Also enjoy learning new transitions with you! I have followed your journey for a while now, and I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU. I won't go into detail, but your meditations have done more for me than any therapy or medication. I would love to show my support on your patreon page/ store, but right now I am struggling to find employment; sadly, there is not much need for a microbiologist in long term recovery who refuses to participate in research with animals, and also happens to be a veteran with PTSD. Hey Karla, I really like the Complete program a lot! The workouts are challenging and I looked forward to doing them everyday. If you are comfortable with her other videos, you will definitely enjoy the program and get a good workout from all the videos. I've been working on my flexibility and the Yin Yoga workouts were especially helpful for that. The Yoga and Pilates were good for strengthening and getting a good sweat. The program is very expensive in my opinion, but I love the Boho Beautiful free KZbin videos and since I do them everyday, I didn't mind paying the price for that much content and to simply support Julianna and Mark. In my opinion, the 10day program is more challenging, but it has less content than the complete program and doesn't include yin, but meditation instead.

Feedback: love love your workouts. Would you consider putting your encouragements to the end of the workouts instead of the beginning, It is more tedious to have to find the correct place to start working out (I usually do two Pilates and one yoga everyday). It would be super cool to have the encouragement at the end to play while we do cool down stretches or are in our final resting pose. Thanks for considering. xoxo

I've been flowing with you for two months but I've never just watched you doing these poses. Today when I saw this video it was too late to do yoga basically I am in my bed ready to sleep but I thought I'll watch and I'll see if this practice will be great for tomorrow.
