I mean the holidays are great but we can’t eat party food every night. In the middle of all the hustle and bustle wouldn’t you just love to sit down to a good old comfort food meal with your family? I’m sharing a couple of crockpot comfort food dinners that are perfect for this busy holiday season. So just sit back, take a little break and let me and the crockpot do the cooking tonight. My Favorite Crockpot Roast
2-4 lb chuck roast
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth or water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 envelope dry brown gravy mix
I salt and pepper to taste as I’m serving this; those dry packets have a lot of salt
