Post a video about beef. Many are misguiding people that it is bad for gut and causes colon cancer. Talk about different parts in the beef like the lean cuts and fatty cuts. and how to cook it for a healthy meal, and how not to cook it, because beef provided in hotels is mostly unhealthy i feel, coz they mostly cook the rib part and add a tonne of oil and sometimes they provide processed meat. Beef is also a tabooed dish due to religious reasons, but people has to know that beef available in india is predominantly buffalo also called buff or carrabeef, only some parts like kerala and NE , cow is allowed and even there also many people dont prefer cow coz only aged and weak cows are cut into beef. i think many groups will be silent if they knew its not cow, it is buffalo.

Please brother don't eat non vegetarian, whether it is beef, pork, fish or chicken, please don't eat..just please see slaughter house videos available in KZbin. Once you see you will think twice before eating non veg. Iam not vegetarian by birth, I saw slaughter house video accidentally and from next day onwards I stopped eating non veg. It's been a year I stopped and I am super healthy and happy. I am taking protein from vegetarian sources. Just for joy of few minutes don't involve yourself in the process of killing animals..

Just one doubt sir… Free range chickens have lot of access to different foods such as worms and insects for their protein requirements, but when it comes to broiler chicken they are mostly fed with grains (high in carbs) and they get pretty muscular and meaty within a span of 40-60days. How is that possible ? Where do these chickens get their proteins from ?
