Please can you explain whether one day time travel could be possible? How would a time traveller be able to travel in either directions? That is to travel into the past or into the future. I have seen a movie when I was a kid named The Time Machine (1960). Ever since watching this movie I got fascinated about time travel theories. Can Yoga sort of allow yogists to time travel in mind?

Dear Dr Hansaji, I have ordered a yoga mat a week's ago and it arrived just yesterday, but I have realized that yoga mat is not safe at all. Nowdays we have so many options to buy a yoga mat, but which one is 100% natural and safe to use ? The yoga mat which I have bought has a very bad strong smell of harmful chemicals, so it is definitely not safe for my health. It says it is made from natural rubber, suede and TPE - non toxic as usual made from PVC. I consider it is a lie after reading some articles on the internet .. After practicing yoga I have still that bad smell in my mouth, headache and my eyes are burning, so there must be some harmful chemical to which I am allergic to.. Can you please recommend any safe and 100% natural yoga mat, which will not put my health in danger and it is also environmentally friendly ? Many Thanks.

A rug might help, go for softer options so it helps in cushioning but you will have wash it in regular intervals

Mam my age 49 पिछले पांच महीनों से पीरियड नहीं आया पिछले तीन महीने से बीच बीच में ब्रेन नंबनेस लगता है, जैसे फ्रीज हो गया ऐसे, पूरा एक दिन के लिए ऐसे होता है फिर एक दो दिन ठीक होता है, फिर वापस नम्बनेस होता है ब्रेन MRI, City Scan, blood taste, ECG करवाए, सब नॉर्मल है, कोई इश्यू नहीं कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा है डेली सुबह एक घंटा मॉर्निंग वॉक और उसके पहले सूर्यनामस्कार एक्सरसाइज करती हूं लेकिन कुछ फर्क नहीं पड़ा प्लीज कुछ suggest कीजिए
