Such a great video, as always! Very interesting to see you guide viewers through checking out the inexpensive listings. You guys are the best.

Man, these places are great for people who wanted to run away from the people's BS in the city. Hopefully, no Freddy or Jason out there though. Great video!

It depends where you go. It's what you have in Montana that makes it desirable to live in. Thanks for sharing this. Cheers! ✌️

I really don’t consider $250k+/acre cheap like the majority of those properties you just showed us.

$2500 would be cheap, $250k is not even worth listing

The wife and I are wanting about 10 to 20 acres, we definitely prefer rural but it’s more about the space.

Our budget is $600K max. We’re wanting to build a 2 bedroom 2 bath log house from Meadow Lark Log Homes from Libby. We’d love to find some land around Libby. We’ll need a well, septic system and the log house. We don’t have to be in Libby, but we do have to be in the mountains with a hospital that has a chemotherapy clinic for my wife to work at.

You can buy NICE eastern KS hardwood timber land for $6 - 10K an acre. Next road over is prime bottom land for farming or ranching. Nice mixed bag area. Lots of lakes and deer, turkey, etc hunting. MO and OK even cheaper! I wouldn't buy in MT unless I could find a 40 - 80 acre parcel at $4K an acre.

I'd like one acre near civilization. Five miles out would be super.

I went to your website last night and searched. Minimum 5 acres, max of $350K. Qty of properties listed; only 4. Wow.

Nothing about Montana is cheap. Barren, sparse, dry in places but not cheap.

I purchased 30 acres of hardwood timber land in eastern KS back in 1998 for $14,850 full price. Worth about $300K now. I can't imagine spending that much on just 2 acres.

😂6500 for.3 acres? That’s not the cheapest. 100’000 for 80 acres is cheap. Your looking in the wrong company and context.
