Ive been doing exercise since last week and I lost 1kg. I’m gonna start doing this exercise today+ Hanni’s abs and showing the results after, gonna do for 2 weeks or 1 month,(I have 70kg now and I eat everything that I want but I just eat once a day) Day1:✅ Day2:✅ Day3:✅ Day4:✅(but instead of doing Hanni’s I did the illit full body weight loss I feel more tired but good too) Day5:✅ same as yesterday Day6: ❎I have guests at home so it’s gonna be impossible for the next 4 days so I’m gonna compensate with a good diet and extreme exercise Day7:❎ Day8:❎ Day9:❎ Day10:❎ Day11:❎ Day12:❎ Day13:❎ Day14:❎ Day15:❎ Day16: Today a restart!!! ✅ I did a lot of exercise actually, almost 30min, this one, and two others for all body loss Day17:✅ plus extreme exercise for weight loss Day18:❎ was not in my house Day19:✅ Day20:✅ Day21:✅ Day22:✅ Day23: Day24: Day25: Day26: Day27: Day28: Day29: Day30: I WONT FORGET THIS ONE SO LIKE IT. Edit: is actually kind of fun to do this exercises Iam now with 69kg(day3) 😭 I think it would go low faster if I eat properly but I’m a eater😭 69/68kg (day19)

Hello guys i really recommend doing her workouts they have helped me a lot i was 145lbs and now im 115lbs i of course followed a diet and i also danced a lot but her workouts help a lot and im almost at my ideal weight❤thanks to her

Hey you shouldn’t really be eating once a day because then you will be more prone to snacking. It’s better to eat 3 full meals a day so you’re full and you won’t snack at all

Realmente me ha encantado!! Ya voy 2 días haciendo esta rutina junto con la de Kazuha y he notado cambios, mi abdomen está más plano y se está empezando a formar mi cintura, la seguiré haciendo hasta llegar a los resultados que quiero... Dia 1 ✅ Dia 2 ✅ Dia 3 ✅ Dia 4 ❌ ( es que me sacaron sangre y estaba débil) Dia 5 ✅ Dia 6 ✅ Dia 7 ❌ (también me sacaron sangre) Dia 8 ❌ (me desperté muy tarde) Dia 9 ❌ Dia 10 ❌ Dia 11 ❌ Dia 12 ❌ Día 13 ❌ Dia 14 ❌ Dia 15 ❌ Dia 16 (hoy, veremos si lo hago por que estoy haciendo una tarea, espero me de tiempo) (Yo si actualizo)

I wanna go down because I don't feel healthy and I gain so many weight due to covid being in the way! Dire si me da resultados Día 1:✅ Es el primer día a si que es normal Q no encuentre resultados Día 2:✅ No hay resultados Día 3:✅ No hay resultados Día 4:✅ Noto mis piernas un poco más flacas No es d sin 100% es de un 20% Día 5:❌ Voy a descansar hoy y mañana Día 6:❌ Resultados: No me dieron mucho resultados pero era porq no comía Saludable aún así me sirvió un poco😺

Holaa, voy a hacer este ejercicio por dos semanas y vere si llego a tener algunas diferencias, bueno eso también sumando otra rutina que estoy haciendo, espero me recuerden.PESO 49KG- .12 DE DICIEMBRE. ➡️DIA 1: acá empeze a hacer la rutina, obvio no es facil ya que estoy empezando. ➡️DIA 2:hoy lo hice dos veces, ya estoy un poco más acostumbrada a la rutina, espero los siga haciendo 👍🏻😄. ➡️DIA 3:me duele todo el cuerpo de los ejercicios de ayer pero la segui haciendo otravez dos veces. ➡️DIA 4:Lo hice unas 4 veces ya que estoy más acostumbrada, por ahora no veo cambios todavía. ➡️DIA 5: lo hice dos veces 👍🏻 ➡️DIA 6:lo hice otra vez dos veces ya que no tenía tanto tiempo libre. ➡️ SEMANA 2: no escribí en toda la semana ya que se me olvidó pero si hice los ejercicios y veo un poco el cambio ya que no fue tanto tiempo, talvez si llegue a hacerlo por 2 meses si lleguen a notar cambios más notorios, recuerden combinarlo con buena alimentación y tomar aguita y también agregar unos cuantos ejercicios de más. 😄😄 Actualización: después de 6 meses ahora estoy pesando unos 45kg, no volvi a hacer los ejercicios por lo que no es que tenga un peso tan bajo a mi peso inicial.

empezaré a hacerlos junto con la rutina de mikasa :3 día 1: ✅️ día 2: ✅️ día 3: ✅️ día 4: no pude hacerlos por problemas personales ☹️ día 5: ✅️ día 6: ✅️ día 7: ✅️ día 8: ✅️ primera semana completada :3 Holiii, el fin de semana me tomé un descansito, ayer también lo hice porque estuve muy ocupada. Quería avisar de que me cambiaré de rutina, haré una que sea un poquito más extensa y que requiera de más intensidad, esooo es todo. starting this !! like and comment to remind please please motivate me aswell! i'm doing this with 3 other "workouts" and one strecthing. i don't know how long i can do this for but my goal is one month! starting day : April 9th Tuesday measurements, height, weight : height = 164 cm weight = 48 kg (i gained sm after moving) right thigh = 50cm left thigh = 50cm right calf = 32cm left calf = 31.5cm waist = 64.8cm i might miss some days as i'm quite busy studying for "finals" day 1 : ✅def felt the burns during the leg rasies and rotating (?) them but easy! day 2 : ✅the leg raises are easier! the leg rotations aren't yet.. day 3 : ✅the leg rotations hurt so so much and the last excerise has a slight pain but everything else is easy! day 4 : ✅was easy! leg rotations felt so much easier! day 5 : ✅i did this on day 6 on like midnight so idk. if it counts but i'll do it again today (like later during the day/afternoon) day 6 : ✅done! day 7 : ✅first week done! Okay, so my calves look slimmer from another workouts from hinafit and a slim legs workout, and my waist looks like it shrunk by like 50 inches (being sarcastic) but my waist looks much much smaller. i did the shirlyn kim workout aswell btw. No changes in weight so far but i don't expect change as i eat a lot. and i eat even while working out... day 8 : ✅i did it! day 9 : ✅done!! unmotivated but i got complimented by my mom that i got a smaller waist and things so, might continue! day 10 :✅i gained 1kg 😭not that shocked though i eat alot.. day 11 : ✅now i know why i gain haha, i just had 3 like "bottles" of boba... day 12 : day 13 : day 14 : day 15 : day 16 : day 17 : day 18 : day 19 : day 20 : day 21 : day 22 : day 23 : day 24 : day 25 : day 26 : day 27 : day 28 : day 29 : day 30 :

@@Dwniw Holaa gracias por recordarme la verdad es que voy super bien llevo 1 mes haciendo esta rutina y 4 más diario y de verdad que si funciona te lo recomiendo bastante pero te recomiendo que empieces haciendo 2 rutinas y 1 ejercicio de flexibilidad los primeros 2 días para que tu cuerpo se vaya acostumbrando y después le vayas metiendo más rutinas para tener un mejor resultado pero también te recomiendo comer menos porciones y más saludable pero la verdad te lo recomiendo bastante si tienes algún evento o algo hazlo diario y verás que de verdad funciona.
