If your pericardium was pumping fast , there might be extra energy congestion in it , so exercised 6 healing sounds to soothe each organ's circulation . Possibility #2 : there was extra energy around upper part of your body ( above the navel ) , so the solution would be changing from lotus position to sitting position , because sitting position let more blood & energy going down to the feet . When your pericardium ( = FIRE )started pumping fast , then think the energy rushing down to the feet ( esp. bubble spring = WATER ) & into the ground , by your imagination . This technique released extra energy from the top to the lower part ( = area from the navel to the feet ) . The body jerking during static meditation meant the energy trying to go through , but obstacle would not allowed . Normally , people performed tai chi or Wudang 8 silk brocades , etc , ( dynamic meditation ) in the morning , to soothe the energy paths , in order for better static meditation at night . Possibility #2 : energy could not go through due to blockage by injury or bone & muscle dis- allocation , so jerking happened .
