第一就是病人會感覺到雙腳會痛會麻痹 還有沒力的
第二就是會在腳會比較痛點而且腰部很少會有痛症出現的
第三就是當你站和走的時候腳會拉著痛會麻痺的
第四是當你坐在這裡或是當你彎腰的時候反而那個腿痛會改善讓徵狀是舒服的
Today I will share 4 classic symptoms of spinal stenosis and introduce three exercises to relieve the pain.
What are the 4 common symptoms:
The first is that patient will feel pain in both legs, numbness and leg weakness
Secondly, legs will feel pain but less pain in the lower back area
Thirdly when stand and walk, both legs feel pain and numbness
Fourthly is when sit or bend forward, leg pain will improve and symptoms relieved.
