Its's such a waste the way many Americans eat seafood. Even with lobsters, many Americans eay only the meat in the claws and tail, and chuck out the rest of the lobster.

I think this stall manages by women selling grilled scallops failed. 1) Theme is Grilled but uses torch flames! Want faster use torch flame but no grilled alright! 2) the Most failed are did not rinse with water and didn't removed the black guts away. If you ate the black stuff, is like munching sands in yr mouth ya! 🤔😒
