I do full body workout thrice a day alternatively. For shoulders- Monday and Friday: Shoulder press Wednesday: Shrugs and Lateral raise.

Bahut confusions hai aur kabhi kabhi toh woh joh absolute failure samajh hi nahi aata aur muscle ko sore feel hona matlab pura body sore padns ban jata hai please kuch tips batadijiye kaise hum muscle growth Bodyweight training se karein.
