Traps should not be most developed rather they should be complimentary for aesthetics.. A big trap on narrow clavicle will not look pleasing. Developing a complimenting TRAPS is the key

Ha bhai zyada bade traps are not impressive Kuchh log traps pe zyada focus karte hai aur lateral and rear delt pe itna focus nahi karte . Traps got enough stimulus by rowing movements and any deadlift variations. Jo ki kaafi hai sufficient traps size ke liye

Sir your videos give us best 👌 knowledge about our health and muscels. सर मेरी muscels से related कई problems हैं जो 2 सालों से चली आ रही हैं। 1.सर जब भी मैं arms का कोई worckout karta हूँ तो मेरी right arm के तो सारे muscles grow होते है but left arm के biceps और left arm के पीछे वाले long head and medial head mein कोई growth नहीं आती। 2. सर इसी तरह मेरी back ke right traps तो growth करते हैं पर left traps में growth नजर नहीं आती। 3. Thighs के भी right के अंदर वाले mascels पर fucus and growth हो जाता है पर left thigh के sirf बाहर वाले muscles पर fucus होता है अंदर वालों पर नहीं। Sir इस तरह मेरी सारी body के muscles imbalance हो चुके हैं। मेरी उम्र 18 year old है l Sir ये कौनसी problem है। Sir please 😥 tell me.

Please make a video on good muscle tear if i said it correctly btw i tell you my story (while performing machine curls for biceps i had faced a kind of an injury from shoulder to bicep tendon (sujan agyi thi) but after 20 days i got recovered and lifted heavy then before and my muscle growth increased . Mera previous shoulder width tha 18.5 to 20.5 and biceps mai bhi growth dikha so it is a good sign or not what to do in this kind of situation please make a video sir about it
