Jeff has been largely forgotten by the music world. Not many seem to understand the feat he complete ed to teach himself that method of playing in his lap and to be a total monster on blues guitar, he gave SRV a run for his money. Personally I think he was better, Jeff really had to feel it. Your music will carry on Jeff Healey!

I cannot believe I had NEVER heard of this guy! But then maybe I can . . . having been busy during those years he performed raising six kids. But OH how happy I am to have found his music - what a talent!!! My goodness I cannot imagine how huge his loss must be felt by his family. I do prefer acoustic but his ability is clear! I just listened to "Georgia Grind" in which he also plays fantastic trumpet - wow just an amazing musician - we are so blessed to have the ability to enjoy him still!!

Amazing. Simply amazing. Jeff Healy was one of the few guitarists who could reach down and touch your soul. He had the ability to draw emotion from his guitar that only a handful of great mucisians could. He was able to voice pain and pleasure simultaneously with his soaring solos...his talent was a treasure that will be sorely missed.

Jeff Healey .Sorely missed in my music world. Being a guitar player for most of my life, I cant even compare my abilities to his. But I can identify with the feel. ' The best moments onstage are when you can close your eyes and let it flow out of you. Jeff did it every day. I think he had an advantage rather than a disability. And also the left thumb with a mind of its own. OMG. Miss u Jeff.

A man that passed through and gave us some incredible inspiration. I look at this with my jaw wide open, still asking the question > how? How did he do it? You can count -- or at least I can count -- the number of visually impaired musicians that grabbed my gut as hard as this guy on one hand. Saw him live twice. Each time I kind of just stood there with my head cocked to one side.

Daniel Ziola, I really can"t say more than you did except every time I hear that blues by Jeff Healy, I get such a rush of emotion and the climax, you get it around 4'30"..., is so hard on me, I usually am about to cry... joy, pain, I make no difference... Thanks to you Jeff wherever you might be!
