I gave it a go today. I have many back and health issues. I couldn’t do everything. I am 330 pounds but this is a start. To be honest the hardest part was laying down on a hard flat surface but I a sure it did my back good. Ready to try again tomorrow.

Wow, I loved this workout! not to hard, not to easy. New refreshing excercises. I can feel it burn, but it is not to much that I don’t wanna do it again. Subtle music and good indications when the new move is gone start. And enough time to see the new move!! Love this

Hi so glad I found this, I’m cleaning my bedroom and nearly tripped over some clothes my right leg is so weak slog. With my knee and him I’m so scared I can’t believe I got myself on a downward spiral, I’m coming off sertraline and trying to get motivated to work out I walked 4 miles from work last Thursday and now I feel I should muscle tone as I. This is amazing This is gonna be the "short response" because I don't feel like thinking about it anymore than I already have 2:45 If it's the study I'm thinking of, that calorie reduction was offset by the calories of protein they ate beforehand. So the actual deficit was much smaller; more like ~100kcal 3:36 If you're extremely overweight, food variety and palatability are gonna be your enemies. Transitioning into a consistent, bland diet will do more psychologically to reduce cravings. A single "treat" can throw off the entire diet 3:04 Consuming a large amount of protein isn't necessarily the best idea for overweight and obese populations because most animal and dairy sources are high in BCAAs which increase insulin and can contribute to the development or worsening of diabetes for people who most likely are not jacked and so deficit in GLUT4 recepters. Keep in mind that the first-line response to pre-diabetes or early diabetes management, Metformin, specifically inhibits the pathways that BCAAs activate

Hey. You can burn fat with any exercise. The amount of calories you burn really depends on 1. The intensity of the exercises and 2. How much effort up ur putting into it.

Hey! I’m not sure what they are off the top of my head but if you download the app Shazam you will be able to get the song name and artist within a few seconds. Just play the song and let the app listen to it. It’s too easy! I do it when I hear songs and don’t know the name all the time 😁

Hey. House lower back hurts because you’re not contracting your core, glutes and hamstrings properly. Don’t push hard against the wall, instead push up and under with your pelvis and engage those muscles

Can I do this with my knee injury from year ago? My quadriceps is gone on right leg, and it is very hard to wake it up. I can not sit on the floor, nor on my knees, because of artrosis and jumping knee. Can I do everything exept last two exercices or maybe I could do that standing? Thank you

Hey. This isn’t something I can give you a yes or no answer on. I’m not sure what sort of exercise you’re currently able to do and I’m also not a physiotherapist or doctor. I highly recommend getting advice from a physio or it’s completely up to you if you want to give it a go and take that risk. You can definitely modify most of these exercises to make them simpler. 🩷

Hey. Good questions. Yes, this is definitely enough to get in a good workout each day, make progress and see results eventually. The best thing you can do is follow a program designed to get you to a specific goal, however if you’re simply after fitness in general and want to be active/keep your body strong, then individual workouts like this are perfect. You can totally add other workouts to it if you feel your fitness level is up to it though! Nothing wrong with that. Definitely take rest days. They’re so important. This is where your body strengthens and repairs. I don’t know your fitness level or how often you would like to workout but my recommendation is no less than 3 workouts per week (ideally 4-5 as an intermediate and 5-6 as an advanced). Keep active daily in some way regardless, even if it’s a short walk :)

Yes, you don’t always need to feel pain for the muscle to be working. The abs isn’t the primary muscle groups worked in this workout, however it does target your entire core. As long as you’re engaging it fully

Hey. Avoid using your back to perform the movements. You need to build strength in your glutes, core and hamstrings and the only way to do this is to really engage these areas, push forward and up with your pelvis and squeeze your glutes. Your back will stop hurting once you strengthen these areas and use the right muscles

Hey. It will help you burn calories as well as tone and build muscle, which contributes to fat loss. However, you must be in a caloric deficit to lose fat and the best way to make sure you’re in a deficit is to eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Get an app like crononeter to help log your food and monitor how much you’re consuming daily.
