Jenny! Your workout is ready!! You requested a total body cardio and toning workout with a small ball and weights. I started with zone 2 cardio to heat up the body before moving into a standing lower body workout with the ball and then a mat pretzel segment to burn out the glutes and obliques. Finish with a few sets of push-ups for a final upper body burn! Hope it is what you were after!!
