Jessica, sincerely you are such a class act! Your videos really do inspire me to be a better version of me and I love the part to find gratitude. This video came at the perfect time, work was so bad today I cried in my office. Thank you for the motivation to find my center and to find the gratitude in the day. I agree with Laura down below… you are a true class act. Jessica, would you mind talking about a healthier coffee. So many chemicals in certain kinds and I would love your advice on that as well as maybe more about REM cycles. Super appreciate you 💕💕💕💕

Both me and my husbands family were raised as night owls. We start our day at 7am with our son and have found a great routine without getting up super early. Our “me” and “us” time is at night.

I love this video an your suggestions I recently have been recovering from Covid-19 Pneumonia an it’s been so hard to get back to “Normal” my daughter just started 7th grade so yes going back in person takes time to get us all back in the groove. I love the blender you use to make the smoothies an your kettle in the kitchen for hot 💧 water thank you for your inspiration

I love this. I'm a first time mom and needed to hear this. Thank you for reminding us to pour and invest into ourselves through our mental and physical health. On another note I love that teapot, may you share where you purchased yours.

Yes! It's often the little things, like a hit shower or warm cup of coffee, it doesn't take much, but those little things add up quickly. Great tips. I agree with getting ready in the mornings to feel motivated. I am currently 37 wks pregnant and I was put on early disability when I was 29 weeks due to complications. It’s been hard to get used to being at home after having my routine as a nurse where I had to get up early every morning.

Yes!! You would think that little extra time up late or sleeping won't matter, but it makes a huge difference. 💗

Hi Sabrina, I actually don't use a shower cap, I just put it up in a top knot and it stays pretty dry. We use the Instant Pot blender, we've had it for years and love it! amzn.to/3swlXZI

Fantastic video! I am always shocked when people mention they don’t go to bed at the same time each night. I really have never thought of doing otherwise. Ha! I recently added the magnesium supplement into my other vitamins/supplements and wow - I can tell a huge difference winding down for bedtime and falling asleep fast.

I have a 5 month old and a 2 year old and This will be my first full year as a stay at home mom! My goal this year is to get ahead and wake at 530 so I have some alone time before they wake. Thank you for the tips!
