For the 2:1:1 plate, no one mention how big the plate should be. From my understanding, we should use a 9- inch plate. Correct me, if I’m wrong. Thanks.

In my opinion, you will change the size during the process of losing weight. At the beginning, maybe 9 inch. When you lose part of your weight, you may eat less, and use 8 inch plate instead. Just fit your appetite.
